We spent a week at Villa Eden. The house and the surroundings are amazing and look even prettier than the pictures. We are used to spend a week in a villa either in Spain or Italy and Villa Eden was just perfect for us. Great location (just 15 min from Florence), the house was cleaned and specious, the owner Danielle is a very nice person and goes beyond his way to make sure you are comfortable, and the highlight for us was to hire two wonderful chefs that cooked a few nights for us (superb Italian dishes and plenty of food if you wanted seconds!). Our kids enjoyed the pool and running around the fields and the adults loved the calm surroundings, the pool, the great food, and the amazing view, specially at night when we observed the lights of Florence while having an alfresco dinner. Perfect for a relaxing holiday and a great location for exploring Tuscany's many treasures. We've booked again for next year! Thanks Guido and Ivana you are wonderful hosts.
Dejligt sted med gå-afstand til Dicomani, der er en lille hyggelig by med station. Under 1 times køretur til Firenze og 20 min. til Borgo San Lorenzo, der er en større by med masser af hygge og charme. Alt i alt et godt sted til en fornuftig pris... :)
Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum! Alles was man braucht, um dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen. Ruhe pur. Auch der Pool war herrlich, da konnten unsere Kinder ohne Einschränkungen toben. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen vollen Obstkorb und einen Flasche hauseigenen Rotwein, lecker!
The resort has fully met our expectations. Warm welcome by the owner who was regularly present in case of questions. Very nice and quiet location. Ideal location for one-day trips and all accommodation nearby.
We stayed at Sabina 2. Very good and spacy apartment for a family of 4. We enjoyed the surroundings as well: pure nature with lots of trees, vineyards, fields of tomatoes etc. The pool area is the best! We enjoyed this trip to Tuscany very much.
Two aspects which could have been better: there's no dishwasher in Sabina 2 and overall, the apartment could have been cleaned better (the floors, the ladder and the ceiling should be cleaner).
I'm sure there are plenty of lovely looking villas around Tuscany. Our own was beautiful but what made the stay excellent was the great office and cleaning staff. You felt so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The ground floor room with disabled facilities was also excellent for an intergenerational holiday.
The villa is perfect for seeing the true Tuscan communities and every minute of the view is memorable. The local village of Castellina is the perfect spot to enjoy and is 10 minutes from the house. The only upgrades we would recommend would be to the mattresses and some larger pots in the kitchen.
A most perfect, peaceful place to stay and the pool was amazing - we used it every day. Close to many villages for day trips and just over an hour to Florence by train. Also close to several shops for supplies or restaurants if you wish to dine out - it was a magic two weeks and the villa was everything I hoped it would be.

Tegen gevallen Jullie schrijven eigen terras en prive tuin geen van beide waren daar geen tuin meubelen en. Geen prive tuin. Voor de rest was alles perfekt.
PS. Hadden Julllie dit geschreven op Jullie site hadden we waarschijnlijk niet geboekt.

Disappointing: You write it has its own terrace and private garden, neither were there, no garden furniture and no private garden. Everything else was perfect.
PS: if you had written this on the website, we probably would not have booked.
[Counter comment from the owner] To explain better: the outdoor area is exactly like you can see on the pictures - there is a bench, a small table and 2 sun chairs. The outdoor area is right in front of the apartment but however it is not a private space, the apartment is situated in a small hamlet.
