Maison très agréable et superbement rénovée. La situation est idéale, isolée sur une colline, au cœur d'une région magnifique. Les propriétaires, à la fois accueillants et discrets, sont vraiment adorables.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour, villa au top conforme à l'annonce.
accueil parfait, le propriétaire était toujours là dès que nous avions besoin de quelque chose (disponible) nous a communiqué toutes les informations et les endroits à visiter de la Toscane.
très belle région +++.
je recommande vivement la CASA ROSADA et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir :)

Lugar idílico, tranquilo y muy agradable, hemos estado muy bien. No obstante y a fin de mejorar deberían efectuar más mantenimiento en el apartamento ( pintura en general, mampara del baño...) y deberían tener una lavadora al menos a disposición ( aunque sea de uso compartido para varios apartamentos) es muy necesaria.

However and in order to improve they should perform more maintenance in the apartment (painting in general, shower screen ...) and should have a washing machine at least available (even if it is shared for several apartments).

Très bon accueil et très bel endroit paisible et calme au milieu des oliviers et des vignes.
La situation est idéale pour visiter les principaux sites de Toscane, une région magnifique.
La piscine est très grande et très agréable.
Le logement simple mais très agréable.
Nous y reviendrons avec joie en famille ou entre amis.

We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in deze vakantiewoning. Heerlijk bij het zwembad gezeten als ook lekker dagjes weg geweest. Er waren wat kleine problemen, die zijn keurig en direct opgelost.

Absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, the house was home from home - simple and comfortable. Fabio (owner) was so very kind and totally respectful of our privacy. Could not have been happier with our Tuscan escape.

What a fantastic place. Very clean rooms and wonderful hosts that are on hand if needed but leave you to feel the house and grounds are yours. The pool is a great size and there is plenty of seats and shade as well as an outside eating area and BBQ. It is very rural so would probably need a car (where there is safe own entrance gated parking). We went with 2 kids (16 and 9) and they loved the place which was peaceful and beautiful. The sunsets over the fields are amazing as well. Only negative was the hard beds but this didn't spoil the holiday at all

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille à Pieve Di Sant Ippolito. La maison, le confort, les équipements et l'environnement sont fidèles aux photos. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer des moments agréables et relaxants.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans cette location. La maison et sa piscine sont conformes au descriptif et aux photos. La terrasse du 1er étage est particulièrement agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner et l'apéritif, elle donne sur une vue panoramique des vignobles avec Florence en fond.
Idéalement située à environ 30 min de Florence, nous avons pu bénéficier d'une température plus clémente à San Polo in Chianti qu'à Florence.
Le propriétaire est charmant et passe tous les 3 jours pour l'entretien de la piscine. Il nous a recommandé des adresses de restaurant locales fréquentées majoritairement par des italiens.
Seule la route pour accéder à la villa est difficile et non adaptée aux voitures basses, c'est le prix à payer de la tranquillité!

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We spent 2 very pleasant weeks in this rental. The house and its swimming pool are conform to the description and photos. The 1st floor terrace is particularly pleasant for breakfast and aperitif, with a panoramic view of the vineyards with Florence in the background.
Ideally located about 30 minutes from Florence, we enjoyed a milder temperature in San Polo in Chianti than in Florence. The owner is charming and spends every 3 days for the maintenance of the pool. He recommended local restaurant addresses frequented mostly by Italians.
Only the road to access the villa is difficult and not suitable for low cars, it is the price to pay for tranquility!
