This is a lovely old building with high named ceilings. It was cool in the heat with great views. The pool was excellent and grounds around it were fantastic. The village setting is very nice with a great value and popular cafe and restaurant a stone throw away. The property was minimally furnished. Fridge etc was good, WIFI good, water good, but it lacked a bit of love and attention (broken slats under the sofa bed/ coffee maker not working etc ) Small things really, but I'm keeping the fifth star to reflect. Owner friendly and relaxed - nice atmosphere.
The property was excellent. Sunsets were amazing and the staff could not have been any nicer. Everything we needed was provided and if it was not there then it was just a request away. I recommend ordering the breakfast daily,it was so good and convenient as well. We ate dinner there 3 times in our week there and each dinner was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Hope this is helpful for future quests
What a wonderful property! We enjoyed the beautiful garden, swimming pool and Villa and especially the nice view over the Tuscan landscape. The caring, very friendly and dedicated host Rosadi was incredible. Our week couldn’t have been better. We absolutely like to return.

The Villa is very spacious with a beautiful view and ideally located for day trips to the various marvels of Tuscany.
House was fantastic! Well appointed kitchen, great bathrooms and kitchen. Great ac and the showers were great. My family loved both the outside pool as well as the inside one! Elevator was a bonus!
We had a great time in Il Villino. The house is very complete, everything you can think about is available. The pool is fantastic and during the high temperature the airco is very welcome. Michele is a wonderful host, very hospitable and generous, he will surprise you. It must be said that sometimes there is a little nuisance of the highway in the distance, but it is nothing serious compared to the rest and the location is fairly private. Also considering the price we do surely recommend this villa!
