Una settimana da Dio, relax totale, silenzio e aria pulita, tanto verde ed una splendida piscina per allietare le giornate. La villa è molto bella, pulita e completa di ogni servizio. Ciliegina sulla torta i proprietari Edi e Roberto davvero simpatici e disponibili ed il loro bellissimo cucciolone di Rottweiler Rio. Consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono rilassarsi nella natura e ricaricare le batterie!!
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A week in heaven, total relaxation, silence and clean air, lots of greenery and a wonderful pool to brighten up the days. The villa is very nice, clean and complete with every service. Icing on the cake the owners Edi and Roberto really nice and helpful and their beautiful Rottweiler puppy Rio. I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax in nature and recharge their batteries!!!
A stunning location. An amazing view. A lovely pool. Isolated, yet close to amenities. This is a delightful, rustic, family villa. The key word is "rustic". As one of my daughters commented, it's a bit like staying at Granny's - charming but everything's a bit past its sell by date. We liked the aged simplicity but it might not be to everyone's taste, and trying to cook for more than 6 adults is a struggle. This is definitely not a villa for 12. The kitchen and cooker is just too small and while the kitchen is well stocked, not everything works as it should. The ground crew were great, replacing things promptly when asked and always with a smile. There's a campsite immediately below the villa on the lake, which in the summer has fairly regular parties. It didn't bother us particularly but just to be aware they did sometimes go on into the early hours. We'd go back because of the location, the convivial side terrace and pool, but we'd stick to 4/6 adults for most of the time.
We had an amazing time during our holiday in Villa Claudia. The house is just amazing. It has all you need. The owners are also very friendly and willing to help at any time. We arranged a private chef and he made us dinner one night and breakfast on another day. That was also fantastic. Claudia really helped us with everything we needed. The views from the garden are also stunning. I would definitely go back.
The castle itself is beautiful and grand but the apartment we were in (the tower) was poorly furnished, boiling hot with no airflow, poor air conditioning only in the bedroom, and hard to get bags up to (and down from). There is absolutely nothing provided - no washing up liquid, cloths, salt/pepper etc, nothing - so you have to buy everything from the shop which is 15 mins walk down a steep hill (20 mins up) and very expensive. You have to also buy the bus ticket from there - which is a pain - and then you MUST validate it on the bus otherwise you'll get fined if the inspectors get on. We didn't know that and got fined 120 euros, with no flexibility for being tourists and genuinely not realising. The pool is adequate but LOTS of nasty bite-giving bugs around (take repellent) and the beach loungers are literally just flat canvas campbeds that don't adjust position at all so not comfortable. The restaurant is at best mediocre, and is expensive. It is only open in the evenings, so the rest of the day there's no coffee, ice cream or snacks at all to buy. Overall it's in the middle of nowhere with poor facilities and if you don't have a car it doesn't have much going for it. We left two days early and came home.

Our stay in LaValle 4 was wonderful. The apartment was immaculately clean and well-appointed. It has a beautiful private patio with magnificent views of the Tuscan countryside, which we used every evening for our wine and cheese. The check-in process was easy and the managers were very helpful with restaurant recommendations, etc. We had stayed in this same apt. many years ago and it was even more wonderful this time!
This was a fantastic villa in a fantastic location with stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. Excellent outdoor areas, completely private. My wife and I had a wonderful time and will definitely return.
