Villa area with large gardens and meadows in the hinterland of Camaiore, after the famous Badia di San Pietro - the simple, ancient church in Camaiore.
Camaiore is a small, lively town with countless bars, restaurants and small shops. The sea is about 6 to 10km away - depending on where you want to go.
Two cars can be parked at the house, the gate is opened manually.
Garden and pool completely private and fenced.
The house has a main entrance and two exits to the garden, a covered veranda with an integrated pizza oven, and a dining table with a barbecue in the garden. At the edge is the approx. 8m long oval pool (chlorine) 1.40m deep, with loungers and chairs. Some fruit trees in the garden.
In addition to many shops with the best range, there are many advantages that can be reached from this Tuscany house with pool - the sea and beach in 20 minutes, the motorway in 1/4 hour, a large shopping center in the same time, cultural cities such as Pisa, Lucca half an hour on the motorway - Pisa has an (international) airport. La Rocca di Monteggiori is a stunning luxury property to rent in Tuscany, located on top of a hill overlooking the Tuscan countryside and down to the wonderful coast with a sea view.
A portion of a medieval castle totally renewed inside owner took particular attention to mix some of most modern furniture to offer the best comfort while kept the charm of the ancient castle so guest can really feel the history of the house.
The strategical position is perfect for a day trips exploring the Tuscan cities like Lucca, Pisa, Florence, and at the same time easy access to the coast Forte dei Marmi, or Cinque Terre as well!
Please note that the property is not really recommended for elderly or very young child due to the different levels and steps that the house have inside and outside
The private outdoor area covers over 250 square meters made of garden and terraces, which includes a private swimming pool of 4x8 mt. depth 1.20 mt all around, which is heated at 28° and is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, the garden is full of flowers of lavanda, lemon trees roses and orange trees. There are several terraces each one is equipped with garden furniture such as sofas arm chairs, there is also a barbecue at the guest usage in order to organize al fresco meals. Superb holiday home on the hills of Versilia, Bargecchia, in the municipality of Massarosa near Lake Massaciuccoli and the sea.
The house is located in a green and very quiet are where relaxation is guaranteed in its private garden of 1200sqm with views of the surrounding hills.
It is located less than 11km from the beaches of Viareggio and is therefore an ideal starting point for a beach holiday, but also to visit all of the most beautiful cities like Lucca, Pietrasanta, Pisa, Florence and also Siena.
A few minutes walk from the house and you can enjoy a beautiful sea view.
Access to the property is via an automatic gate and a pedestrian gate.
Within 3 parking spaces. The whole garden is fenced and illuminated by lights that are activated by remote control.
From the parking a small 30 meters path leads to the main house, typical rustic with stones.
In front it has a space with table and chairs surrounded by two olive trees that give shade in summer.
On the back instead there is a barbecue and a wood oven.
The large garden is laid out in terraces with olive trees, flowers and plants of various kinds.
On the highest terrace is a small dependence with outdoor gazebo where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors.
The holiday home Maggiolina is divided on two floors and can accommodate up to 4 people:
Ground floor: living room with sitting area with sofa, armchairs, fireplace, satellite TV and wireless internet, a dining area with seating for 6 persons.

Angelina (semidetached) is a tasteful holiday home which disposes of a completely fenced garden. The house lies only 1 km from the sea. Restaurants and groceries can be reached easily on foot.
Angelina is located in an residential area of Lido di Camaiore. The guests of Angelina will be able to walk to the main shops, cafes, restaurants, the pinewood and the tennis court (1.7 km).
Viareggio is one of the oldest and most famous seaside resort in Italy. Following the stay of Napoleone’s sister Paolina in 1822, the first beach resorts were born, and now Viareggio has become a modern holiday resort full of shops and boutiques, bars and tourist attraction, with over hundred beach resorts more and more elegant and equipped.
The long sandy beach of Lido di Camaiore with its flat seabed, suitable for children, make it an ideal destination for families, but even for all kind of vacationers which will find here a lot of amusement and relax opportunities.
There is also a free beach close to the canal.

Tips for your holiday:
A stroll by bike in the big pinewood of Ponente, where you will find a lot of children’s play area and refreshment stands, golf court in Pietrasanta, a cocktail at the table of a café along the promenade and after dinner in one of the many night clubs situated in Viareggio as well as in Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi which are only some of the entertainment possibilities during your stay.
From Viareggio railway station you will get the Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre and walk the wonderful “cammino dell’amore”(way of love).
