Pros: the pool is amazing and the owners were very helpful
Cons: it’s next to a busy road and another house is being constructed right next door so your view is obscured and I imagine once it’s finished the house won’t be very private. This isn’t shown on the photos so it’s a bit of a surprise when you arrive!

[counter comment from the owner] yes there is a one-storey house under construction, the works were suspended during the rental period and will start again from the end of September and will be completed by the end of this year 2023. The view will not be obscured, because it is only one floor and therefore the surrounding countryside will be clearly visible from the loggia of the villa.
