Meget Godt 4 /5We had a lovely holiday here with our son, his wife and two year old daughter. We had previously stayed here about nine years ago with some other members of our family and also enjoyed it. The appartment is on the first floor and has roomy bedrooms. The shower is very basic but we managed but there was also a bath in another room which was used for our granddaughter. It was very hot while we were there this time and we were very glad of the pool were we met other guests and had a great time with them. We were the only English guests but the other guests (German and Flemish) spoke English and were lovely with our granddaughter. The villa is in a good area for sightseeing and has lovely views. The only real complaint we had about the villa was the road noise which could be quite bad sometimes but we aren't used to it at home so maybe we noticed it more. If you do stay in this area you must go to Certaldo and have a pizza at Il Pirata near the funicular. We ate there most evenings and enjoyed all their meals and very reasonable prices and excellent service.
