Fremragende 5 /5Beautiful setting, rolling hills, miles of vineyards and olive trees. The villa is small but more than suitable for us, as a family of three. Plenty of space outside for our 2 year old to play. The swimming pool was in excellent condition, a good size and well looked after. Unfortunately for us as it was May and the weather was not good so we could not enjoy the pool as it was just too cold! Villa was clean and the owners/family were friendly and happy to help. Roberto, the daughter, spoke a little english. We wished we could have spoken Italian to learn more about the history of the vineyard etc. This holiday was one of our best, good food in local restaurants, easy location to travel from to get to the cities; Sienna and Florence. Would strongly recommend visiting Certaldo Alto (old town) - lovely, historical town.
