We were two middle-age couples that shared a two bedroom-two bath apartment. and we were delighted with the accomodation and hospitality. The reception people spoke english and were very helpful. It is a great location close to Florence, Siena, and Chianti area. Plenty to see around this location. We had a car and loved the countryside. We would definitely go back when we have the opportunity. Price is reasonable and fair.

Poggio Del Sole was, without doubt, the perfect villa for us. The location was wonderful. We did not have a car, but was not a problem to walk but also there is shuttle bus that picks up right outside the villa. The restaurant across the street was convenient and a nice selection of menu items. The villa was just wonderful and had a very quaint feel to it. Each morning we woke up, threw open the shutters and enjoyed the magnificent views. Perfect for the 2 of us, but will accommodate upto 6 people. Cell phone would be recommended to keep in touch, as I had an international phone card, but did not work from the public phones in Cortona.

We rented Villa Fabbroni for our wedding week, Sergio & Stefano are the most amazing people and made our stay and wedding day at Villa Fabbroni the most amazing we could have ever wished for.
The Villa is a magical place that leaves you breathless, each room is a treasure to behold.
If you are thinking of visiting Tuscany and looking for memories of a magical time then Villa Fabbroni will not disappoint.
The location, rooms and the amazing food are all faultless, I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Poggiobello is an wonderful experience. A small guest home with two complete bedrooms and baths on either side of living and kitchen area. The property is quite new with all quality amenities. The owners are extremely friendly, helpful, and she is an amazing cook. The setting is beautiful rolling hills about 25 minutes to Cortona and close to a major roadway. Day trips in all directions are easy!! Amazing holiday!!!

My family and I have been dreaming of a trip to Italy for years. Marina, Francesco, Casa di Vignolo and Pergine Valdarno all exceeded our wildest expectations. The town of Pergine Valdarno is a beautiful small Tuscan town with a wonderful restaurant, bakery, butcher shop, small grocery and coffee shop all in walking distance. The villa is only a short drive from the larger cities of Arezzo and Montevarchi (which offers a train ride to Florence). The villa was exceptionally clean, charming, welcoming and fully prepped with beautiful flowers and home made wine. If you are looking for a true taste of Tuscany this villa is perfect for you. It was the perfect setting for the trip of a lifetime. Thank you!!!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Villa Fabbroni! Besides the charm and beauty of the physical surroundings, the hosts (Sergio and Stefano) were warm, helpful, and always available. The delicious and authentic cuisine created in the restaurant was the best we encountered in all of Tuscany! The location also makes it perfect for exploring both the Chianti countryside as well as lovely Florence. We will most definitely come back and HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who wishes to have a special experience.

property very pretty and private and large enough for 6 persons. villa needs attention to kitchen as we found it unclean. rest of villa ok. good location if you have car for travel to most of Tuscany areas.

It is centrally located to see many sites in the Tuscany area. The family at the property couldn't be nicer and they speak excellent english. Having a cooking lesson and spending the evening with the family was on the top of our highlights of the trip. It was hard to find a great meal after the one we had with them. Marina is an excellent cook and the family is fantastic!

La casa è davvero facile da raggiungere e permette di andare in poco tempo in centri importanti come Firenze, Arezzo e Siena.
