We were 3 families (with teenagers) staying at the villa. We Loved every part of our visit. The Villa was VERY clean and well maintained. Loli was terrific to work with - she arranged tours and transportation - Loli also arranged a cooking class for us in the Villa - which was delicious and so much fun. Highly Recommend working with her to help you through Tuscany. We also enjoyed the use of the bikes and biked daily into the local village. Although the pictures are true to the property - the Villa is so much nicer that what the pictures represent! The owner, caretaker, Elena, Loli were so friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend the Villa and booking through EasyReserve - EasyReserve was simple and efficient with excellent communication

Excellent place. Quiet, great landscape. Chiara, who is taking care of guests, is very warm and welcoming. Nice wine you can buy from fattoria. Perfect location for day trips to Pisa (highly recommend Marina di Pisa if you need sea), Lucca is 15 min away, Firenze, etc. We are considering to come back next year.

Villa La Rocca was a perfect vacation. We brought our teenage daughters and had several friends come and stay with us. We made dinners, drank wine and just hung out. The location is very central and the view is spectacular. Lucca is a lovely city, so don't forget to visit. The house was clean and met all of our needs, so we were very comfortable spending lots of time there.

Very beautiful location of a charming house, with all the facilities necessary for making our holiday an outstanding experience. Warm and charming people as well. Best time of the day was either a big lunch at the nice pool, with local ingredients and some white wine, or a stroll in the Woods around 10 pm, when the fireflies made great fireworks for us! A very short trip to Lucca as well - the most beautiful little city of Tuscany. Villa Nel Guasto is definately a place I want to visit again!

Amazing! If you are considering a Tuscan adventure, choose this villa. Absolutely beautiful. The owner and Sara were wonderful and the villa was a dream come true.

My family and I found Palazzo Rosadi to be a perfect getaway in the beautiful Tuscany Region with perhaps the most spectacular views we have ever seen. The landscape, flowers and outdoor seating areas were pristine and perfectly accommodated our party of 12 adults and a baby. The bedrooms, kitchen and other sitting/entertainment rooms were spacious and comfortable. Palazzo Rosadi is only 3 km from Monterchie, an old village located on a moutaintop.... The narrow streets lined with restaurants, shops and residences looks like something out of the 17th or 18th century. There is a local supermarket as you enter Monterchie and the people there are very friendly and helpful..... also the local wine is awesome....

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Ardene. The staff were wonderful the location superb.We suggest you have them cook at least one dinner for you. Great!. The villa was a little hard to find but once there was amazingly close to Montpulciano, a wonderful hillside town. The location was close enough to a train station to get to Florence for the day. Close to other unique towns. Only comment I have is that we used up the last week before high season and the grass was not mowed until the Thursday of our stay. It just felt like they were preparing for the big money people. There were 8 of us in the group who eventually went there so we had more rooms than we needed but for 10-14 it would have been just right! There is a little grocery store a short distance from the villa that provided all the basics we needed and plenty of shops for the rest.
