Der schöne, große Pool mit ausreichend Liegen für alle Gäste der zwei Wohnungen.Sehr freundliche, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Gute Lage und Verkehrsanbindung (Autobahn und Zug)- Florenz, Arezzo, Cortona,Perrugia,Assisi, Montepulciano, auch Siena... sind innerhalb 1 Fahrstunde zu erreichen. Zu empfehlen.
Nice central location. Facilities were very good. Had small issue checking in, but not a big problem. Owner was very responsive to questions. Our family of 11 had a wonderful time.
The property is ideal for a family holiday . Its well maintained but still has original features. The view from the terrace is stunning . The owner Carlo , is very helpful without being intrusive . The wine he produces is lovely. i would recommend this property highly
A good combination between a pleasant countryside location and an easy access to the sea. The difficulty is to find the courage to leave the villa and move anywhere else. Everyone very pleasant and helpful. No need to advertise the region.

Das große Haus liegt auf einem schönen Privatgrundstück auf einer Anhöhe mit wunderbarem Fernblick. Auch bei großer Hitze wehte dort stets ein angenehm leichtes Lüftchen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alle Geräte voll funktionsfähig. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern versehen und bieten Schutz vor Insekten. Allerdings sollte man sich nachts mit Autan gegen Mückenstiche schützen, denn die Plagegeister gibt es trotzdem in den Zimmern. Beide Toiletten verfügen über Bidets. Die Betten sind bequem und sehr groß. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und spricht sowohl Italienisch als auch Englisch. Insgesamt ein schöner Ort um erholsame Ferien zu verbringen.
We stayed in the villa in the beginning of August 2014 with two couples and two toddlers (17 months) and had a fantastic vacation. I would recommend this villa to anyone. The villa is clean, well maintained and kept by the friendly and hospitable owners. I really suggest to book the cooking classes and enjoy the dinners cooked by the owners, absolutely great food and wine. Our children enjoyed the horses which are on the same plot of land.
