The appartment itself and the location in Orcia valley are excelent. What did not satisfyus, was the fact that by 20th of May the pool was still out of order. Also internet was weak. Rest is great, host is very friendly, it's clean, lot of things in the appartment are pretty new or at least in good condition. Just dishes can be partially renewed/replaced, but acceptable.
[counter comment from the owners] The owners are very sorry for these disruptions, the weather was very bad, it was very cold (in fact, the guests have asked for some wood) and with the continuous rains it was not possible to open the pool earlier.
As for the internet, it was a very aggressive virus that blocked the wholelocal network and thus the slowness was due to that.
Kann von uns SEHR empfohlen werden!! Das Haus ist TOP ausgestattet, in einem TOP Zustand, sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es gibt NICHTS was fehlt. Es überstieg alle unsere Erwartungen. Wer die Großzügigkeit eines Hauses auch im Urlaub liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Perfekt für Paar oder Familie mit einem Kind.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Man fühlte sich wirklich WILLKOMMEN. Nette Gastgeschenke standen liebevoll ausgewählt im Haus.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Die "Nachbarn" sind fast unsichtbar. Die gesamte Anlage incl. Pool sehr gepflegt. Der Garten ist toll und macht das "Gesamt-Bild" rund. Auch die Küchenkräuter wachsen auf er Terrasse. Es ist einfach an alles gedacht. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind sehr sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein.
Die Ausstattung hat unseren Ansprüchen entsprochen. Leider ist die Küche sehr einfach ausgestattet. So fehlt es an einer vernünftigen Pfanne,... Auch das Bad ist sehr einfach, der Duschvorhang eine Katastrophe. Die sehr freundlichen Eigentümer haben inzwischen hoffentlich die Mängel behoben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Das Bett sehr bequem. Ausreichend Platz. Unvergleichlich schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt und das Umland. Die Anfahrt auf kiesigen Serpentinen ein Abenteuer, aber machbar. Kostenlose Führung durch das Weingut, mit anschließender Weinprobe. Das Olivenöl ist ein Gedicht! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The equipment has met our requirements. Unfortunately, the kitchen is very simply equipped. So it lacks a reasonable pan, ... Even the bathroom is very simple, the shower curtain a disaster. The very friendly owners have anyway solved the shortcomings. The apartment is very clean. The bed very comfortable. Enough space. Uncommonly beautiful view of the city and the surrounding countryside. Driving on gritty curves is an adventure, but can be made. Free guided tour of the winery, followed by a wine tasting. The olive oil is a poem! We felt very comfortable.
We had an excellent stay in this House. Starting from the perfect help of Easy Reserve (Thanks to Christiana) to the nice housemembers.
If something was missing, they took care about it. The helping of the owner for searching a wine tasting or offering a dinner for 30 people was perfect.
Maybe we'll come back soon...
Le Rondini was an excellent villa and location. The owner were very helpful and made us feel at home. The villa was a beautiful home with plenty of room for the 6 of us. I would highly recommend this villa for a vacation stay in the Montopoli area.
Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Motorradreisenden in dieser schönen Villa.
Die Villa liegt versteckt in einer wundervollen Traumlage. Die Aussicht auf die Umgebung von Arezzo ist gigantisch.
Die Ausstattung der Villa ist für größere Familien, aber auch für kleinere Gruppen vollkommen ausreichend. Für kühle Abende steht ein sehr gemütlicher Holzofen in der Wohnküche zur Verfügung. Das Highlight war der Jacuzzi und der schöne Pool. Es gibt nicht schöneres, als nach einer langen Motorradtour in einem warmen Whirpool mit einem kühlen Bier zu verweilen ;-) Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am vorletzten Tag brachten sie uns einen super leckeren Apfelbiskuit-Kuchen. 10 Sterne alleine schon für diesen Apfelkuchen ! Für diese Anlage gibt es nur eine Bewertung: FABELHAFT !!!
The apartment is unique, beautiful and obviously well maintained. All necessities are present and functional. Very comfortable bedrooms and very private from the rest of the house. Lovely private back yard with pool. The location is perfect in the centre of a quaint small village with a grocer, butcher, baker, 2 bars, and a fantastic restaurant. Could easily live here.
We had a perfect holiday in Il Fienile. The owner met us on arrival and was extremely warm and welcoming to us. He had no sooner left than I had a query and he returned within minutes to assist. During our five night stay we were treated to fresh eggs, freshly picked baby courgettes and salad leaves. So appreciated.
This is a lovely studio in the most exquisite garden setting. I took loads of photos to bring back ideas for my own garden.
We used the local train to visit Siena, Florence, Pisa and Lucca. Such a relief not to negotiate city traffic and none more than 50 minutes by train.
We will definitely return as we did not visit everything within our reach by any means and we want another taste of a perfect Tuscan retreat.
