Erstklassige Lage auf einem Hügel mit einem prachtvollen Blick in die Landschaft. Ruhige Lage. Zum Entspannen sehr empfehlenswert. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Schwimmbecken.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, Blick auf Pisa (6km Entfernung) mit Bahnanschluss von San Giuliane Terme. Zug nach Pisa und Lucca halbstündig.
Anfahrt zum Quartier erfolgt über schmale Straße schlechter Qualität mit zahlreichen Serpentinen.
Obwohl kaum Gäste in der recht großen Anlage wurden wir in einem für die herrliche Lage ungünstigen Zimmer untergebracht. Nach Rückfrage konnte die Wohnung gewechselt werden. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine winzige, in einem Schrank verstaute Einbauküche ohne Verbrauchsmaterialien (Spülmittel/Salz/Pfeffer - Geschirrtuch), die auch auf Rückfrage nicht beigestellt wurden.
Es scheint, dass alles darauf ausgelegt ist, dass die Gäste das Restaurant (Frühstück/Abendbrot) der Anlage nutzen sollen. Hervorragende Küche im Abendrestaurant.
Weitere gastronomische Einrichtungen (Pizzeria/Café) im Ort (ca.2 km).
Personal ist freundlich.
Alles in allem für einen Aufenthalt von 4 Nächte in Ordnung!

The location is excellent, view of Pisa (6km distance) with train connection of San Giuliano Terme. Trains to Pisa and to Lucca each half-hour.
Access to the property is via a narrow street of poor quality with numerous curves.
Although very few guests in the quite large area we were accommodated in a not-suitable room for the wonderful location. The apartment could be changed after consultation. The apartment has a tiny built-in kitchen with no consumable materials (dishwashing agent / salt / pepper kitchen utensils), which are not included.
It seems that everything is designed to allow guests to use the restaurant (breakfast / dinner) of the complex. Excellent cuisine in the evening restaurant.
Other gastronomic facilities (pizzeria / café) in the village (about 2 km).
Staff is friendly.
All in all OK for a stay of 4 nights !
Located on top of a popular bar with loud music, no sleep on Thursday,Friday and Saturday. Adverised as 2 bedrooms, one was a closet with a comode and filled with cleaning supplies,mops,bucket,brooms etc.

Eine absolute Traumlage. Das Haus ist wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltet. Alles sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist absolut megatop. Hinzu kommt, dass sie mit ihren 4 Kindern den Laden alleine schmeißt.
Wir waren als Familie mit 4 Kindern dort. Absolut perfekt.

An absolute dream location. The house is beautiful and lovingly designed. Everything was very clean and fully equipped. The hostess is absolutely kind. In addition, she manages the whole with her 4 children alone.

Wunderschöne Anlage, abgelegen auf einer Anhöhe mit traumhafter Aussicht. Auch die Besitzer sind sehr nett. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Anfahrt ist allerdings nicht für kleine, tiefere Autos.

Excellent property, very well equipped with all necessary staff, very clean and owner maintained. Very friendly landlord, nice garden and great pool, all in all an outstanding location. Car is required, very quiet location

The Palazzo Rosadi was the setting for 9 senior American ladies, gathering together for a reunion and celebration of their friendship. Planning began a year ahead of time, made easier through the experience and attention of the agency, EasyReserve of the U.K. They were very professional and answered all queries promptly.
Driving up to the villa on our arrival day was just 'jaw dropping'. The grounds and manor house were stunning and beautifully cared for. And there were even more pleasant surprises in the interior. The bedrooms were large, comfortable and with each having beautiful artistic paintings on the walls and ceilings.
But one of the most wonderful things about staying here was meeting the Rosadi family. This is family owned and operated with every attention to detail for their guests comfort. They are very proud of this property and we're wonderful hosts......attentive while respecting our privacy. Rosado was very helpful with excursions, such as wine tasting, restaurants and interesting sites to visit. All in all, this villa, location and e perience far exceeded our expectations, and we all left with a fondness for the Monterchi area and the Rosadi family.Vil du anbefale denne ejendom til en ven?
