Extremely beautiful view from the villa. Private and calm location. Perfect for families. The house is very clean and well maintained. Well equipped kitchen.

We loved staying at Villa Saverio. The natural setting was stunning -- one of the most beautiful views we've ever seen. The interior of the house is wonderfully designed, with a very pleasant kitchen and an extremely comfortable living room and dining area. The bedrooms are all pretty and very comfortable, all with excellent air conditioning. The pool is large and set in the midst of olive trees. We were all struck with the extraordinary beauty of the villa's natural setting. The outdoor seating by the front door is also a great place to hang out, with extremely comfortable furniture, a wonderful view, and a seemingly constant breeze. On a personal note, Ilana and Saverio were extremely nice and helpful to us. We have rented various properties in Italy, and we highly recommend Villa Saverio!

Le Pergole was everything it was advertised to be. It worked perfectly for four travelers from Massachusetts on a Tuscan holiday. The grounds are lovely, and the pool was pristine. The host could not have been more welcoming and gracious. In fact, he and his brother helped us with car rental trouble our first night there. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, glasses and utensils, so we were able to eat most of our meals at Le Pergole. The host's brother lives next door and has a vineyard, too. I would definitely return to Le Pergole should I visit Tuscany again.

The Villa Rachele is a wonderful old stonehouse, typical for Tuscany. Large rooms, good beds, good facilities. The kitchen is furnished with everything one needs. Large pool, poolbeds, poollounge with space for all of us (9). Spectacular view over the landscape and hills. Nice nearby town in a walking distance uphill. San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena... - all nearby. Good restaurants in the neighbouring villages .The landlady was available whenever we had a question or a problem. It was a great stay.

Ansich wäre es ein schönes Haus. Leider ist alles lieblos gemacht und auch ungepflegt. Die Küche war bei Ankunft nicht geputzt. In den Schubladen fanden wir undefinierbaren Schmutz vor.
Ca. 150-200m entfernt befindet ein Anwesen mit mehreren Hunden, die die ganze Nacht hindurch gebellt haben. Das Haus steht direkt an einer befahrenen Landstraße (Strada Provinciale Talamone EST Richtung Montiano).
Wir können das Haus nicht empfehlen, schon gar nicht zu diesem Preis.

In fact it would be a nice house. Unfortunately it is careless and neglected. The kitchen was not cleaned on arrival. In the drawers we found undefinable dirt.
Approximately 150-200m away is a property with several dogs that have barked all night long. The house is located directly on a busy country road (Strada Provinciale Talamone EST direction Montiano).
We cannot recommend the house, certainly not at this price.

Sehr schön geelegenes, großes Grundstück mit großem Pool der sauber und gepflegt ist. Im Inneren des Hauses sieht es etwas anders aus. Das Haus ist nicht sauber, die Bäder sind bis auf ein Duschbad nicht funktionell. Die Duschen funktionieren nur unzureichend. Unter den Betten ist es sehr staubig, richtig geputzt wurde schon lange nicht mehr obwohl 250 Euro Endreinigung zu bezahlen sind. Dafür könnte man das Haus sicher sauber halten. Die Küche ist auch nicht im aller besten Zustand, auch hier wirkt der Zustand unsauber, die technischen Geräte haben auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Die Spülmaschine war anfangs defekt.
Der Vermieter hat sich sehr liebevoll um den Garten gekümmert und auch regelmäßig den großen Pool gereinigt. Wenn es Probleme gab war er immer ansprechbar. Ich will auch noch daraufhinweisen, dass die Stromkosten für 2 Wochen sich auf über 200 Euro beliefen.Vil du anbefale denne ejendom til en ven? Ja

I was very excited abut having the opportunity to stay in the castle at Montegufoni. as it turned out we were in a building not attached to the castle. This was not obvious to me when I booked my stay. In addition, there was no Air Conditioning and it was very hot. The management told us they could not change our room because there were completely booked and that we made the reservation so it was not their problem. Warning to verify all facts before booking.
