We spent a very nice week in this beautiful property. You feel a nice atmosphere in this old traditional house, not least, because of its great garden with olive trees and so on. The host or contact person Ivalda is very warm and helpfull. Further it is very clean, because Ivalda was cleaning every second day. Besides we had such a good selfmade Pizza with the stone Pizza oven. The 4 stars are because, although almost everything was perfect, but the beds were not so comfortable for me. the matraces seem quite old. And you have to be aware that the property is very rural and without a car, you are very stucked.

We loved to stay at the Casa Cervognano. The House is small and cozy and the outdoor area is just amazing. We stayed there with our dog and he loves the garden. A Car is a must.

We stayed here in 2010 and again in September 2017 and we loved it just as much the second time around. The location, so close to Montefollonico, Pienza and Montepulciano, is perfect. Siena is a lovely one day trip. Grocery stores in Pienza and Montepulciano have everything you need for eating at home. The owner, Ricardo, lives nearby and is more than willing to help with answering questions and making dinner reservations. This villa is worth every penny and we would not hesitate to recommend it.

Dies war der 2.Urlaub in diesem Haus. Begeistert waren wir wieder von der Gastfreundlichkeit von Paolo und vor allen Dingen von Luigi. Trotz Sprachbarrieren war ein kleines nettes Gespräch immer an der Tagesordnung.
Die Wohnung ist einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Ein Generalreinigung und Überprüfung der
Gebrauchsgegenstände wäre allerdings angezeigt.

Very old renovated apartment ideal location for the Leaning Tower. Good Location for the Leaning Tower. The lady who owned the apartment was waiting for us when we arrived. She was extremely helpful when we had difficulty booking a taxi for our return journey to airport. The apartment was next to a church and at 7pm each evening the church bells played Ave Ave Ave Maria (The Lourdes Hymn) Beautiful.

heel mooie lokatie, goede infrastructuur, prima in orde, ligt afgelegen wat een pluspunt is, alleen moeilijk te vinden de eerste keer en een lange, hobbelige toegangsweg. Heel lieve eigenares maar de taal is echt wel een probleem, zeker wanneer zij zich laat vertegenwoordigen door haar personeel (enkel Italiaans, geen enkele andere taal). Bij aankomst een lekkere fles wijn van de eigen wijngaard gekregen. Een aanrader.

Se volete una vacanza tranquilla, rilassante e confortevole, questa è la casa perfetta. Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario Michele e da sua moglie, con grande simpatia e gentilezza, siamo stati coccolati per tutta la vacanza come persone di famiglia..sempre pronti e disponibili per ogni necessità..la casa è molto confortevole..non manca assolutamente nulla..la mia famiglia ed io, speriamo di tornarci presto...
