One of the best Villas we have rented. Great for 2 or even 3 couples with 3 bedrooms each with queen sized beds and each with a private bath. Nice grounds and decent kitchen etc. Barking puppy belonging to caretaker and left on grounds was an issue at times. In the heart of Brunello country. Cleaning cost a bit high especially for a stay of less than 1 week and also a bit of a hassle having to pay the cleaning and security in cash but worked out okay. Manager was reasonable regarding this issue.

Our stay here was absolutely delightful. Casa Santa Lucia was a haven and great for catching up with friends and slowind down to enjoy the delights of Tuscany. Thank you.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche mit 3 Generationen in der Toskana. Das Haus ist modern, mit viel Geschmack und Umsicht renoviert, so dass der ursprüngliche Stil des toskanischen Bauernhauses erhalten blieb. Es steht inmitten der Bilderbuchlandschaft der Toskana und ist gut gelegen für viele interessante Ausflüge.
Luc und Jacqueline sind sehr nett, unterstützen mit Tipps und setzen alles daran, dass sich die Gäste in ihrem Haus wohl fühlen. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen für unsere Kinder war, dass der wunderschöne Pool im Oktober bereits geschlossen war, was uns jedoch im Voraus bereits bekannt war. Deshalb werden wir wohl nochmals im Sommer kommen müssen ...

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We spent a wonderful week with 3 generations in Tuscany. The house is modern, renovated with much taste and prudence, so that the original style of the Tuscan farmhouse has been preserved. It stands in the midst of the picture-book landscape of Tuscany and is well located for many interesting excursions.
Luc and Jacqueline are very nice, support with tips and do everything to make the guests feel comfortable in their house. The only drawback for our kids was that the beautiful pool was already closed in October, which we already knew in advance. Therefore, we will probably have to come again in the summer ...

We had a great time at Villa le Caggia - 10 grown ups and 4 teenagers. The villa is a little away from everything, so it is important to have a car, to plan what you want to do and to do the shopping for several days. Alle the people running the place are very friendly and serviceminded - and we can certainly recommend them doing the dinnner one or more of the days you are at the villa:)

We had a really lovely time at Podere dei Venti. There was plenty of space for us all and we had lots of fun trying out the Pizza oven. The keyholder was very helpful, providing us with detailed recommendations for places to buy groceries and places to visit nearby. The only reason I am giving the property a 4 star rating rather than 5 is because there was not a dishwasher, washing machine or indoor oven (except for stove-top hobs), which I had not realised at the point of booking. The kitchen equipment was fairly limited (no kettle or good sharp knives) and though we were able to make do with what was there it did make cooking slightly more difficult than it is when at home! Many thanks though.. we had a wonderful week and would certainly return!

Home was exactly as described. Owner lives next door and was very welcoming, yet not meddlesome. Stunning view from the serene back garden area.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben uns in dem Ferienhaus Maiano sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ambiente war traumhaft schön, die Lage fantastisch, sehr nah zu den tollen Städten wie Arezzo und Siena.
Ein kleines Manko gab es auch, die Kücheneinrichtung wie Gläser, Besteck und Geschirr könnte verbessert werden. Wir sind aber klar gekommen, edeal für max. 10 Personen.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We had a very nice holiday and have felt very comfortable in the house Maiano. The ambience was gorgeous, the location fantastic, very close to great cities like Arezzo and Siena.
There was also a small flaw, the kitchen equipment such as glasses, cutlery and crockery could be improved. But we coped, ideal for max. 10 people.

We had a wonderful time at this Villa! Everything was fine! Many thanks for this owners - Lina and Cesare! Especially Lina! We were five adults. All that is necessary for living and recreation has been provided. Of course, to stay in this Villa you need a car, as shops and restaurants are located far enough away. In the rest of the all was remarkable! Thank you!
