The location is very central; nearby there are pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacies. It is a typical house of the late 50s. The cleaning is imperfect and the appearance of the house is neglected. A small room has no windows, while the other rooms have large windows and balconies. Very kind the lady who did the ceck in and the ceck out. The kitchen is very comfortable.
This place ended up being just the perfect base for our honeymoon. It is ideally located in the middle of Tuscany, not too far from main-line train stations for getting about. The facilities in the villa were excellent. Everything you could want, for a break away was catered for. From the picturesque location of the villa, to the friendly service given by Mr Daniele, for whom nothing was too much trouble. On our second night the broadband was knocked out by a thunder storm and he was there 1st thing next morning (on a Sunday) arranging to get it put back on. The villa was extremely clean and well maintained.
Just on the outskirts of Montalcino, this 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms villa was perfect for our group of 6! 3 story villa with a full kitchen, washer & dryer! Wi-Fi was perfect too. Definitely need a car for this place. Very private and convenient. Great home base to venture out from to see the country and visit towns & wineries. Would definitely come back here again! Pool was closed after September so we did not use it. Lovely patio and outdoor space.
A mis amigos y a mí nos gusto mucho la casa de Roberto. La casa es tal cual aparece en las fotos, esta muy limpia y bien ubicada, se puede ir andando a todos los sitios de interés. En cuanto al trato también estuvo fenomenal, nos estuvieron esperando en la puerta a la hora que quedamos y nos dejaron un cuadernillo donde ponía toda las reglas de la casa, restaurantes a los que ir, los medios de transporte disponibles para ello y también las cosas que había que ver. Totalmente recomendado
La Selva 6 liegt in aller Ruhe in Mitten von Weinbergen und Olivenbäumen. Der Garten ist sehr groß,für Hunde ideal . Auch wenn er nicht komplett eingezäunt ist . Das Haus verfügt über einen relativ kleinen Wohnraum mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile was bei dem Wetter in der Toskana aber nicht so sehr einschränkt, da man eh im wunderschönen Garten mit einer tollen Aussicht sitzt. Die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad . Ideale Privatsphäre. Das Haus ist rustikal eingerichtet.Sollte etwas fehlen findet man in der freundlichen Rezeption jederzeit Hilfe . Das ganze Team ...egal ob an der Rezeption oder im Restaurant war total freundlich . Es empfiehlt sich den leckeren Chianti und das erstklassige Olivenöl zu verkosten und sich einen Vorrat mit nach Hause zu nehmen. Das Restaurant von dem Haus in 50 m zu Fuss zu erreichen ist mehr als zu empfehlen.Frische qualitativ sehr hochwertige toskanische Küche.Wer hier nicht isst , ist selber Schuld.
Wir fühlten uns in La Selva (tenuta San Vito) mit Hund sehr willkommen und bedanken uns bei Cinzia und Team für ihre Gastfreundschaft !
Es handelt sich hier um eine wirklich schöne , Wohnung .Nicht abgewohnt und zum Wohlfühlen .Sehr geräumig und gemütlich.Es es fehlte an nichts. Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel ,was in den Sommermonaten von Vorteil sein dürfte. Das Restaurant gegenüber ist wirklich erstklassig ! Super Qualität , ganz tolle toskanische Küche . Die Lage ist wunderschön, in Mitten von Weinbergen und Olivenbäumen findet man die nötige Ruhe . Trotz der Abgeschiedenheit ist die Lage ideal die Toskana zu erkunden. Auch ganze La Selva ( San Vito ) Team ist sehr,sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt !
