Soggiorno davvero piacevole all'insegna della tranquillità e del relax. Abitazioni dislocate in un bosco davvero suggestivo.. piscina ben tenuta e davvero bella. Solo l'arredamento dell'alloggio un pochettino datato ma comunque tutto pulito e funzionale. Grande disponibilità del Signor Andrea pronto ad aiutare in caso di difficoltà e bisogni. Ideale per una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della tranquillità. Consigliato.

This villa is outstanding! In a beautiful setting surrounded by its own grounds, the villa is spacious, tastefully decorated, and very well laid out.

It has a great size swimming pool and is peaceful and absolutely private.

Located a short drive from amenities (shops, restaurants, supermarkets), it is also well placed to reach Siena, Florence, Arezzo, and a lovely nature reserve!

Eduardo and his family are extremely helpful and respond quickly and efficiently to any questions or queries you might have.

All in all - perfect!!

Host Stefano really wonderful - his hospitality was fabulous, including two home cooked dinners during our stay. The grounds and particularly the pool were really beautiful with lovely views. The accommodation was reasonable, however, the bedding, including sheets and mattress as well as towels was really poor. The kitchen facilities were OK, but no coffee machine nor microwave. Outside furniture very tired as well. Main airconditioning unit wasn't working and bedroom one needed repair when we arrived. Care and attention to facilities would make a big difference as location and host amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful seaside villa. The view is stunning, there are plenty of rooms and terraces and garden, so even with many people everyone finds his or her space. Within an hour drive one can find beautiful villages, the lagoon of Orbetello, the ferries to Giglio etc. We love Maremma and will be coming back!

We hebben 2 fantastische weken gehad in Casa Clizia. Alles was goed geregeld vanaf de boeking tot de laatste dag. Eigenaren super lief. Privacy genoeg!!
Omgeving adembenemende. Dichtbij Montaione veel leuke dorpjes vol met geschiedenis en architectuur. Tip als je in de zomer boekt: neem genoeg deet mee, er zijn veel muggen en geen horren.
We gaan zeker nog een keer terug.
Fijne vakanties!!

Environment breathtaking. Close to Montaione many nice villages full of history and architecture. If you book in the summer: bring enough repellent, there are many mosquitoes and no mosquito nets.
We will definitely go back again.

Old and beautiful historical villa with a magnificent view.
It would be nice with an outdoor kitchen. But overall a great place!

Geräumiges Haus mit Blütenpracht im Garten und einem großartigen Ausblick. Ausstattung hier und da ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen (Betten, Spülmaschine, Sanitär, bei uns war auch eine Kochplatte defekt ... es wäre sicher gut, wenn das ein oder andere mal repariert würde. Schön wäre auch eine gemütlichere Beleuchtung der Küche für Schlechtwettertage (statt kaltweißer Energiesparlampen). Insgesamt aber ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde.

Equipment here and there was a bit old (beds, dishwasher, sanitary, with us also a hot plate was broken ... it would be good if these would be repaired at some point.) Would also be nice to have a cozier lighting of the kitchen for bad weather days (instead of cold-white energy-saving lamps), but overall a beautiful spot on earth.
