Lovely quiet area with fantastic views. Villa is great and our room in one of the farmhouses was traditional and rustic. Very clean and tidy.Very friendly staff who did everything they could to make our short stay very pleasurable. Would definitely go again.

Very nice house, very spacious and everything you need is available. The view from the terrace is great and the pool is a big advantage. Definitely want to come back here!
The best place ever!
Thes spot, a house in the top of a hill, a dreamer landscape. The house superb and nicely decorated, it seems a house to live forever. But the best are Manuela and Roberto, the owners. They are not only kind, they are very warm and lovely persons. The pictures of the house and rooms are really worst than reality. We not only are able and willing to recommend Fonte Vinaglia, we are expecting to have the opportunity to come back!! Grazie Manuela y Roberto! Ci vidiamo!!
Our stay at Villa di Montelopio was everything we had hoped for and MORE! The villa and grounds are beautiful and was the perfect setting for my family and my 60th birthday celebration. It was almost too good to be true! The meals prepared by Paola and Paola Marie were delicious and authentic. I wish we could do it all over again! The villa made a perfect basecamp for all of our Tuscany adventures. Leaving the villa on the last day was a sad day for us. You MUST rent this property!
Although the location into the town was amazing, the villa itself is old, outdated couches and chairs that you just couldn't get comfortable on and couldn't sit around as a family. For the money that is spent, go out and purchase a nice family sectional. It is ABSURD that if you wanted additional bath towel you had to rent for $3 Euro. We each got ONE for the week. We traveled from Greve to many different towns via car....those roads can be scary, beautiful scenery but definitely don't drive if you fear heights.
A wonderful design and facilities for a three generation family holiday. The large garden and well maintained pool were a real asset.
The only problem was the excellent restaurant within walking distance closed for a weeks holiday two days after we arrived!,
