Wunderschöne Unterkunft in herrlicher Umgebung! Das Haus ist sehr gut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und sehr groß! Durch die Nähe zu Volterra, San Gimignano und Florenz lassen sich Ausflüge einfach organisieren. Vielen Dank Maria für die Gastfreundschaft!

Das Haus und Umgebung sind wunderbar. Die Eigentümer sind spitze. Es haperts mit Sanitäranlagen: obern die WC ist defekt, unten Duschenabfluss war verstopft.

Marvellous view on the town of Levanto, on the surrounding hills, and on the sea and the beach. The large balcony is in the shadow for the greater part of the day. The house has all facilities that you’ll need for a pleasant stay, incl. nice water temperature and a washing machine. The shower cabin is a bit small but functions very well.
Walking up the hill from the town/beach to the house is only about 15 minutes. Average condition required. A few stairs lead from the private parking down to the house. If you walk these by night, use a flashlight.

Pros: beautiful pool and grounds, wonderful view of Tuscan countryside
Cons: inside of the villa is clean but not very inviting. The kitchen is large but so full of unnecessary items that there is no room for a refrigerator (it's down the hall). All the appliances are very, very old. The pool is not heated. A person came in daily to clean the pool and water the plants from 8-10am (she was lovely but we didn't know that she would be coming). Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Danno la possibilità di prendere le verdure dal proprio orto il che è molto comodo.
La casa è fornita della maggior parte degli utensili e strumenti che possano servire durante una vacanza. È molto piacevole passare una giornata nella zona della piscina.
Come chiaramente descritto è divisa in due parti non comunicati. Può risultare scomodo specialmente la sera, se si è dimenticato qualcosa nell'altra zona, dover andare da una parte all'altra.
Segnalo la presenza di cinghiali che specialmente la notte si aggirano attorno all'abitazione e nel paese. Per chi ha un cane come me non è affatto piacevole: la sera si ha proprio paura di uscire.
Anche durante il giorno, per chi piace girare con il cane e avventurarsi in mezzo alla natura, è possibile trovare cinghiali il quale risulta pericoloso in presenza di cani.

Il posto è stupendo per chi ama la campagna e il silenzio. Appartamento estremamente pulito così come la piscina. Tiziana che lo gestisce è estremamente disponibile e gentile.. Che dire di più. I dintorni stupendi

Haus und Ausstattung sehr schön. Ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Eigentümerin ist auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Lage ist nicht optimal. Nächster Ort ca 5 km entfernt

Abbiamo soggiornato in Villa Pagliazzone l'ultima settimana di agosto.
Villette ordinate e pulite, piscina stupenda, parco infinito e molto curato.
Eccezionale vacanza per famiglie con cani, la proprietà è completamente recintata e sicura.
Favolosa accoglienza di Ledda e Paolo che coccolano con gli ortaggi dell'orto e le uova delle simpaticissime galline che vivono in un piccolo recinto nella proprietà.
Vacanza rilassante e riservata.

Tidy and clean houses, wonderful swimming pool, infinite and well-kept park.
Exceptional holiday for families with dogs, the property is completely fenced and safe.
Fabulous welcome from Ledda and Paolo who gave us the vegetables from the garden and the eggs of the very nice hens who live in a small enclosure on the property.
