Excellent villa where the pictures do not do justice for the environment and view. Everything has been kept in prime condition and suits perfectly a getaway and disconnect from stress.

The rating could so easily be five star! Our stay was only let down by a few easily rectified problems - the major one being the table and chairs featured in the photo of the otherwise excellent terrace. This furniture is definitely not suitable for outside dining, the table is unstable, wobbles frighteningly when anything is placed on it, and even collapsed once. The chairs are not much better, they move from side to side, and are quite insubstanital. There was only one sunlounger and one recliner - for a party of four this is not enough, and there is certainly enough room on this lovely terrace.

An absolute gem in the heart of Tuscany. Situated just a short walk outside the historic city of San Gimignano, you find this amazing former wineyard.
Very well-kept with a beautiful panoramic view over the hills. A small (not luxorious) apartment but cosy and with what you need, close to a very nice poolarea.
A need to go place!

Very nice, quiet location. The appartment on the ground floor was very convenient with a direct exit outside where we were eating.
Very nice swimming pool. The person who took care of it was very helpful and assisted with other small stuff when we needed.

Excellent accommodation.
Excellent location.
Excellent hostess.
We were a group of 19 friends and family very comfortable. The house, the rooms, the spacious and welcoming common areas: kitchen, living room, dining room...
And with the extra of the pool and its sunsets we recover very well from the daily excursions to different areas of beautiful Tuscany.
Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Certaldo and San Miniato, of course!...
And our hostess, Olga, gave us extra information about the parties and events of the nearby towns. She was attentive and very aware that we could have dinner in the vicinity of the house because we arrived late and she made herself available to us throughout our stay.
A delight of place and people.
WE RECOMMEND IT 100%!!!
From Asturias (North of Spain) we continue to sigh with nostalgia every time we remember our vacations in Tuscany and the Fattoria di Scaletta.

We have had a marvelous stay at wonderful house of the Corte Campalli.
Simonetta, the owner, was extremely attentful.
The house was kept clean every day by an invisible team.We can certainly recommend this facility and their very kind owners.

Beautiful location with great view over wine fields and olives. Very nice house and Monica is such a lovely landlady. Everything is clean and well kept. Perfect location if you are looking for a quiet place close to Florenze, Siena, Cortona and Arezzo. The place is perfect for large groups and families travelling together.
Only minor complaint is that the beds are quite hard, so if you're looking for Hästens this is probably not for you ;)
