Nous avons passe un très agréable séjour..le cadre magnifique.. l'appartement très bien agencé et très agréable.propre avec tout ce qu'il faut..la gentillesse à l'accueil..les services proposés et un environnement adapté a ec un enfant de 2 ans..des poules des cochons un parc avec des jeux...et enfin un très bon rapport qualité prix pour une excellente situation pour visiter l'Italie..seule petite chose comme l'appartement est spacieux il manquait un petit canapé ou 2 fauteuils au rez de chaussée et des fauteuils extérieurs pour le repos au soleil sinon tout était parfait..nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous recommandons fortement
Fantastic stay at this Villa. Close enough to Florence for day trips but still feel like you are out in the country side. Marco was amazing, meeting us at the petrol station to show us how to get there and hosting a wonderful home made pizza night. Hot tub was a great addition after a long day sightseeing. 100% recommend. We were a family of 3 with 3 children aged between 2-5.
Ein altes sehr charmantes Landhaus; allerdings auch mit ein paar Mängeln, dafür mit viel Charme. Ein toller Garten und ein wirklich schönes Grundstück; auch von außen ein tolles Steinhaus. Vieles ist alt und müsste Instand gesetzt werden zB alte Holzstühle, auf denen man nicht mehr sitzen kann, alte tlw. kaputte Vorhänge, defekte Schränke, die Matratzen sind teilweise durchgelegen. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht und hilft schnell. Bei uns funktionierte anfangs die Spülmaschine nicht, nach zwei WhatsApp kam dann der Techniker.
This is a very special villa in a perfect location in Montalcino. The perfect location and the views from every window is simply stunning. I could not recommend this villa more. And all the staff and access to the restaurant made it even better.
Tolle Lage. Umgeben von Wald und Weinreben. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Sehr Bequeme Betten. Moderne Bäder. Gut gefüllter Schrank mit leckeren Weinen die man für einen akzeptablen Preis kaufen kann. Die Küche darf gerne mit Grundgewürzen besser ausgestatten sein. Grundstück und Haus sind sehr gepflegt. Allerdings könnte der Balkon im ersten Stock einen neuen Bodenbelag vertragen.

Englisch: Great location. Surrounded by forest and vineyards. Cosy furnishings. Very comfortable beds. Modern bathrooms. Well-stocked cupboard with delicious wines that you can buy for an acceptable price. The kitchen may be better equipped with basic spices. Land and house are very well maintained. However, the balcony on the first floor could use a new floor covering.
Very lovable and helpful property manager. Thank you Melania for your tips about restaurants and supermarkets. You can hear a gnawing sound in the beams. Is that the woodworm? We’ll be back, for sure.
Villa Maona was a wonderful place to stay--very comfortable with a bathroom for each bedroom, comfortable living room with a pool table that added some evening fun, and a spacious kitchen and lovely outdoor patio. the pool has a great view of the hills and town atop the nearby hill. A great value for the price.
My two adult daughters and I had a wonderful, relaxing time at Casina Dell'acquaborra! We had a late train ride getting in, no car, and taxis were not available. The owner very graciously offered to give us a ride from the train station to the villa and also gave us an early ride back to the station when we left. Really appreciate how accommodating he was!
The owner also arranged a cooking class with staff from his restaurant. We had so much fun! They showed us how to make traditional Tuscan dishes and altered recipes to support our vegan request. The meal was delicious! They all sat and ate with us on the balcony overlooking the rolling hills. We felt like we were being welcomed into an Italian family! Great hospitality!
The weather was warm and we were able to sunbathe around the pool. We listened to the goats tinkling their bells as they walked through the nearby pasture to graze. We enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. We walked into Levane and shopped at the Coop and made our own pasta dish with the sweet local tomatoes. If we'd had more time, we would have done more exploring, but as it was, we were content to soak up the atmosphere of a non-touristy area of Tuscany.
Lovely place to stay with friendly, very hospitable owners ( thank you for everything,Sabrini and family). Walking distance to train station and town ( uphill, but not far). Delicious wine available direct from the farm - a large jug was waiting for us on arrival! One of the nicest things was having a large terrace at the rear, ideal for the evening watching the sunset.
