Ferieudlejning Tenuta Il Tresto er en skøn ejendom som har WIFI og fælles pool. Tenuta Il Tresto er en villa/ et landhus/ en bolig med ialt fire uafhængige enheder. Not enough service provided, no one on site with the exceptions of a few hours. On our last day there was no hot water and no one to fix it, therefore no shower and unable to wash dishes.

Appartement grand et propre, désuet, lits spacieux et assez confortables. La piscine est grande avec une super vue sur la vallée toscane. Par contre elle était propre à notre arrivée et n’a été nettoyé de nouveau qu’au bout de 5 jours, ce qui est long.

An sich ist die Gegend sehr schön und die Lage toll für die Städte Siena, Florenz, Pisa.
Wir sind bis Pienza und Montepulciano gefahren.
Aber die Ausstattung und das Niveau der Wohnung ist leider sehr bescheiden. Die Betten sind furchtbar. Sehr durchgelegen, oder man spürt jede Feder und die Moskitonetze helfen nicht wirklich vor den Mücken.
Es gab noch nicht mal eine Zitronenpresse, eine Platte vom Herd ging nicht.
Dafür war der Pool sehr schön und ganz nah. Das Frühstück haben wir einmal in Anspruch genommen. Das war vorzüglich.
Die Straße/Eher Feldweg zur Unterkunft hoch ist sehr holprig und nicht für alle Fahrzeuge geeignet. Unser Auto war nachher extrem staubig, aber das scheint in der Gegend normal zu sein.
Wenn man für 2-3 Tage eine Unterkunft braucht, ist es ok. 10 Tage würde ich dort nicht mehr verbringen.

Despite a not too good local road (1,5 km) location is really great, close to highway and everything.
The apartment is beginning to need small repairs but generally everything is OK.

L’appartement est très bien, même si l’équipement de la cuisine est assez sommaire. Les ventilateurs aux plafonds sont très efficaces et permettent d’échapper aux grosses chaleurs de la nuit. La douche est très ancienne et entartrée. Ils avons dû demander à ce que le pommeau soit changé. Les extérieurs manquent d’entretien. Il n’y avait pas d’éclairage extérieur lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous empêchant de manger dehors le soir. L’éclairage a été toutefois changé deux jours après suite à notre demande. Le petit déjeuner est passable, avec des produits malheureusement premier prix, malgré un gâteau fait maison. Plusieurs chaises et bancs sont en mauvais état. La piscine est parfaite, il est très surprenant que le propriétaire s’entête à demander le port du bonnet de bain (il vient d’ailleurs surveiller que les vacanciers le portent et fait des remarques) alors que personne cette semaine ne l’a porté ????. Une honte qu’il essaie d’en vendre à 5€ l’unité. Nous n’avons jamais vu une telle règle ailleurs en toscane. Bizarre. Autre règle, la piscine ferme à 19h, surprenant alors qu’il fait très chaud et que c’est une bonne heure pour se rafraîchir. Malgré ces quelques points négatifs facilement gommés avec un peu de volonté, l’endroit a un potentiel incroyable et est très bien situé. Enfin, un grand merci à la dame qui gère les vacanciers. Elle est très réactive, à l’écoute et efficace.

Location bien située en Toscane entre Florence et Sienne, San Gimignano est tout près. Accueil sympathique. Une grande piscine bienvenue quand il fait chaud. Appartement un peu ancien mais fonctionnel. Il nous a manqué peut-être une climatisation.

Very nice staff. Rooms are large and breezy. The area is very pretty and location good as a break away from the famous towns near the area. The breakfast was hearty enough and kept us full until dinner. The pool was just lovely

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in wundervollem Ambiente. Die Unterkunft war grundsätzlich einfach, aber das hat super gepasst! Der Pool mit seinem Ausblick war einfantastischer Platz mit sehr guter Atmosphäre - so wie man sich Toskana vorstellt! Die Dame an der Rezeption war auch sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Für Abwechslung hat auch die Tischtennisplatte gesorgt. Poggibonsi ist ein nettes kleines Städtchen - wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem liebevoll und gepflegten Anwesen.

The pool with its view was a fantastic place with a very good atmosphere - just like you imagine Tuscany to be! The lady at reception was also very helpful and friendly. Alte Wohnung auf einem Bauernhof mit fantastischer Ausblick. Man sieht sogar San Gimigniano! Die Autobahneinfahrt liegt auch sehr Nahe. Dame von der Reception sowie der Eigentümer sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen.

très beau cadre mais un peu de déception à l'ameublement. L'eau du robinet n'est pas potable,mais aucune bouteille n'est mis à disposition à l'arrivée.les propriétaires sont très accueillants et serviable.

my friend and i really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to Florence and other places we wished to visit while we were in Tuscany. Everyone from the owner to the staff were pleasant and helpful. The views were spectacular across the valley and loved the fact it was an authentic villa with good beds and furnishings. the Italian breakfasts presented by Annetta were wonderful.

We loved our stay In Poggibonsi at this lovely villa. Anetta’s Breakfasts were a wonderful way to start the day. This would have received a 5 star if Poggibonsi was a little nicer town. It was a perfect location to visit many of the Tuscan cities and had a beautiful views.

We loved this place, beautifully rustic with lemon & lime trees growing, vine yards, converted farm buildings all giving a lovely atmosphere. The pool was a highlight for us as a family, and with the hot weather, large and clean with wonderful views over the valley. Poggibonsi is also a great location for exploring Tuscany. would recommend.

The property is beautiful. The pool is wonderful. The apartment is lacking. It has loose toilet seats, and sub par bathrooms. Also, since it has a functional kitchen, it would have been nice to have had some dish soap, salt and pepper and perhaps a sponge to wash dishes and a trash bag or two. We had to purchase all staples for a one week stay.
The weather was very hot. We did not expect air conditioning, but a fan would have been a welcomed addition. Some of the rooms were stifling.

The setting for this property is incredible. It feels like you are miles away from the world on a hilltop in Tuscany but it is actually about 5-min from town and a major grocery. A very convenient location. The owners are fantastic. We arrived much later than expected and they opened the kitchen and made a light dinner for my family of 6. We loved everything about our stay here. Thank you!

Excellent location, great view from the Villa to Poggibonsi. The unit was perfect for our family of 4 very closed to San Gimigniano and Siena. Gabriel was incredible helpful in recommending where to go and even he built an itenary of 3 days how to visit Tuscany. I would recommend this Tenuta Tresto 100% and will come again next time.

We stayed here in June 2018. Had an absolutely amazing time. The apartment was charming and comfortable, with everything you could need for a short stay. The grounds are breathtaking, with lush green hills all around and a lovely pool with amazing views. The pictures on the listing don't do this place justice. From this location you can make day trips to places like Pisa, Luca, Livorno, San Gimignano, and even Cique Terre. Nicoletta, Sonia and Guillermo were a pleasure to meet! All around great spot. Highly recommended.

Our 12 day stay was one of the best vacations in Italy ever! The grounds, location, and accommodations are rustic and rural with easy access to all areas and villages in Tuscany. It was always a pleasure to come "home"!

My family really enjoyed our time in Tenuta Il tresto, it is such a peaceful place. The location is so scenic with 360 degrees views of the countryside. Everyone was friendly and couldn't be more helpful.

We had a wonderful week at Tenuta Il Tresto. I wanted to stay in Tuscany but preferred not to drive. I chose Poggibonsi as a central town to many others from which we could travel to by bus or train. This worked very well, however I must say my friend and I are walkers. Tenuta Il Tresto is about 30 minutes walk from the train station, and is on a hill so going down was easier. It is fine if you have a car and the roads were good and the traffic not nearly as bad as I experienced on the coast in Italy previously.
Our stay was fantastic. Host Gabriel collected us from the train station and showed us around.
The apartment is rustic, not high on mod-cons, but has everything you need. Two spacious double bedrooms, a living area, bathroom and a kitchen where we cooked on a few nights. Breakfast was offered in the dining room in another building which was beautiful. A buffet continental breakfast, and the lovely Nicoletta made omelettes to order, and great coffee. We had this a few mornings. We also had a lovely dinner there on our first night which can be done by arrangement. Laundry facilities are available for a small charge.
The grounds are beautiful, everything I dreamed of in a Tuscan property – various old buildings set amongst gorgeous gardens, vineyards, olive trees, fruit trees and a pool.
We travelled to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Monteriggioni, all day trips by train or bus, or could be done by car. The town of Poggibonsi, despite being bombed during World War 2, still retains some of its old buildings, and was good to walk around.
Gabriel and Nicoletta were very friendly and welcoming hosts. (We didn’t meet Martina).Gabriel took us back to the train station when we left, dropped us at a restaurant one night when we couldn’t get a taxi – and if you need one try Gianni on 0039 339 4497 423 – a very helpful taxi driver who spoke English. Also Marco 0039 339 899 8667.
We dined out in Poggibonsi twice – one night we tried to go to Osteria da Camillo, which was recommended to us, but it was closed so we went to the bar/restaurant opposite it. I can’t remember its name but it was very nice. We also had an amazing night at Al Cassero Osteria which is set in a castle on a hill. The food was fantastic, the staff so friendly and helpful, great views – our best meal while we were away- very special.

I stayed in Tenuta Il Tresto mid September 2016 with my family and we were very pleased with our stay. Gabrio and Sophie was excellent in making us feel welcome and we recieved lots of advice on what to go and see in order to make the best of our stay. The pool was awesome and the morning breakfast buffet had most everything. I would recommend this place to anyone.
