The Agriturismo Casa Carlotta is plunged into the green of the Tuscan countryside, on the border between the two provinces of Arezzo and Siena. An ancient, red bricks farmhouse, wisely restored and divided into five apartments, which respect faithfully its old, peasant origins. The "Cotto" ceilings together with the rustic, Tuscan furnishing, well equipped and refined, make the apartments comfortable and cosy. Each apartment is endowed with an outdoor space with table and chairs for "al fresco" meals. In the wide area around the farmhouse, at guests disposal, a large swimming pool (mt. 6x12, depth mt. 1,40), a five-a-side football field, barbecue, table tennis, table football, children playground and the mountain bikes. The lovely village of Foiano della Chiana is only 2 km away and there you will find services, restaurants, supermarkets and all kind of shops. Around 1 km away there are a bar and a minimarket where it is possible to buy basic supplies; 2 km away the Valdichiana Outlet Village for those who love shopping and fashion, and due to its strategic position, close to the main way of communication, Casa Carlotta is also ideal for those who, besides spending a relaxing holiday, would like to visit the art cities and the characteristic villages of Tuscany and Umbria. Possibility to buy the typical products of the farm such as wine, olive oil, and seasonal fruit.
