Il Fienile is indipendent villa ( 110 sqm )The entrance brings you into a large room with a high ceiling with wooden beams. At one end of this room there is a large typical Tuscan fireplace. In the room there is a wonderful wooden table for indoor meals.
To the left there is a small lounge and a bathroom with a shower. To the right there are two double bedrooms each of which has large windows overlooking the olive grove that neighbours the hamlet. Both bedrooms can be made into twin bedded rooms on request.
Up some stairs from the main entrance room there is a small walkway that brings you to a fully equipped kitchen that leads out into the garden and covered terrace. At the end of the walkway there is the spacious master bedroom from which a glass door brings you out into the gardens of the location. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower in the master bedroom.

Spacious house at a very quiet location - nicely renovated combining the original style with a modern look and feel inside. The well equipped kitchen even has a dishwasher (which we didn't use :)).
It's pool is nicely located close to the house- more than big enough - and well maintained (one remark: the pool has no low depth area (for small children)).
The road to house was somewhat challenging (with some slopes) - but well do-able - the car's ABS was a reassuring help though :)Vil du anbefale denne ejendom til en ven? Ja
