Casa Liliane is a historical building, dating from the 13th century, located upon the hills surrounding Castiglion Fiorentino, a characteristic Tuscan town just a short distance from Cortona and Lago Trasimeno. Originally, the building was built as a Monastery but in the 16th century, it was restored. The last restoration to conserve the building was made by the current owners during the eighties.
The rental is comprised of a beautiful garden, filled with plants and two units, Casa Liliane and the second unit, which is lived in by the owners.
The use of the swimming pool is shared with the owners who normally use it around lunch time. Guests can also make use of two large gallery areas and furnished outdoor spaces. The interior furnishing is very comfortable and welcoming.
Distances: Castiglion Fiorentino with a wide variety of shops 1 km, Cortona 14 km, Arezzo 19 km, Montepulciano 40 km, Pienza 45 km, Perugia 60 km, Montalcino 65 km, Siena 73 km, Firenze 95 km and San Gimignano 110 km.
Available to guests: Garden with outdoor private and furnished areas, swimming pool (10,5m x 4,5m – minimum depth 1,1m – maximum depth 1,7m).

Raised Ground Floor (accessed via a set of five steps): large living area with double sofa-bed (available for children under 5 years free of charge) dining table, kitchen (oven, freezer, washing machine) with dining area, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and bathtub, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
From both of the bedrooms a mezzanine level (overlooking the living area) can be accessed which contains a single bed (available upon request at a cost of €50 per week per person or free of charge for children under 5 years).
Both of the bedrooms also access an outdoor gallery area.
