This group of apartments can be found near Certaldo, a renowned central Tuscan town, just a short hop from Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and the Chianti wine region. The property is made up of five apartments in total (one of which is lived in permanently) and a communal area located on the ground floor, which is occasionally used by the family of the owners. Outside there is a fenced off swimming pool. The property is surrounded with fields that the owners use for agricultural purposes.
The apartments are furnished in a simple and rustic style.
From nearby Certaldo it is possible to take a train and easily reach Florence and Siena.
A dirt road leads to the property.
Distances: Certaldo with a variety of shops and train station is 4 km away, Castelfiorentino 6 km, San Gimignano 16 km, Volterra 45 km, Greve in Chianti 45 km, Florence and Siena are both a distance of 50 km away while Pisa and Lucca are roughly 70 km away.
Available to guests: Outdoor areas furnished with small tables and chairs, swimming pool for shared use among guests (11 x 5 m - depth 1.2 m – open from 01/05 to 01/09), barbecue. There is WI-FI available in the communal area of the property.
