This original old barn has been refurbished lovingly by its owner and has been transformed into a cosy country home.
The rental is very comfortable and its beautiful location boasts fantastic views of the surrounding rolling hills of the Tuscan landscape. The interior has been tastefully finished and the outside offers guests a garden space that includes an area of lawn as well as a covered and paved area, furnished with everything needed for outdoor dining. A fence surrounds the property.
The location is ideal for anyone looking for a rental in the heart of Tuscany yet just a short distance from a range of cities of art (Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa, Lucca) and beautiful scenic areas (Chianti, Val d’Orcia, Maremma).
A secondary road, which links the small village of Romita with the town of San Quirico, passes by the property. Within nearby Romita, guests will find a renowned shop offering food items, such as great cheese and salami, and shops covering basic needs.

First Floor: double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, closet wardrobe.

Either end of the staircase that connects the two floors is complete with a stair gate for the safety of any children.
