Beautiful vacation rental apartment for 4 Persons directly on the estuary of the river Magra, exactly in the small town called Bocca di Magra just over the border between Tuscany and Liguria.
Here the Tyrrhenian Sea meets the Magra River that flows through the Lunigiana area.
The apartment is only 20 meters from the sea and thus enjoys a view of the sea and the Apuan Alps.
It is located on the top floor in a building without an elevator.

The holiday apartment Wanda is about 65 sqm large and perfect for a Sea Vacation.
You enter directly into the living room with sofa, TV, with door leading onto the balcony with views of the Montemarcello, dining table for 6 people and the kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen.
A small hallway connects: the bathroom with modern shower, bedroom with a bunk bed and the master bedroom with a balcony on the promenade and the sea.
The entire apartment has air conditioning.

The holiday apartment Wanda is in a strategic position to visit the main tourist attractions of Tuscany and Liguria.
In front of the apartment, directly from Bocca di Magra boats leave for:
- Punta Corvo: a beautiful hidden beach but very popular for tourists in the area.
- Portovenere
- The 5 Terre.
Using the car you can also reach the sea of Versilia, Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta or visit the art cities as Florence, Pisa and Lucca in not more than an hour's drive away.
Bocca di Magra offers a beautiful pedestrian area for wonderful evening walks or to
enjoy an ice cream in the afternoon. In front of the apartment you have a Crepes (thin Pancakes) seller.
At the end of the walk you will find a beach, the only one of Bocca di Magra, otherwise you can opt for Marinella di Sarzana just a 5-minute drive away.
