Very nice and characteristic independent Holiday Home on the Tuscan Apuan Alps in the Garfagnana Area, near Pescaglia.

This house is located inside the nature and built with natural stones.

It has a private outside area with private pool and wonderful panoramic view on the surrounding area.

The external space is partly paved and has a gazebo on it with chairs and deckchairs.
The Pool (6 x 3 meter, open from May till September) is for exclusive use of the guests and has also deckchairs and sun shade.

The road that leads to the Holiday Home is not asphalted but in good conditions.

The House nearby is sometimes inhabited.

Ground floor:Kitchen with oven and dishwasher, dining corner, living room with TV with satellite antenna.

First floor: double bedroom, room with bunk bed, bathroom with shower.

A washing machine is located outside.
