The town of Talamone offers nice beaches as well as restaurants and a marina. The promontory of Argentario is in easy access and the beautiful beaches of the Tuscan coastline (Talamone, Ansedonia, Albinia ecc…) are within a few kilometers.
The nearby natural preserve “Uccellina” offers the opportunity to discover the beautiful area of Maremma as well as the ruins of ancient watch towers.
The road connecting Talamone and Fonteblanda passes next to the property.
