Exclusive villa close to beach with pool

Situation: The sea shines like crystal, with mountains full of marble, from which Michelangelo made its statues. That longest and most beautiful beachs of the Tuscany.
Forte the Marmi, with thus VIP´s is only 500m away, Viareggio, admit for carnavale, 10 minutes of travel. Pisa with good airport connections are half hour away. The Villa Versilia lies directly opposite from the beach.

Beskrivelse Interiør

Description: the beautiful villa has directly ahead to the terrace a large pool (12 x 7m, 1,40 to 2,10 m deeply). The saloon is generously furnished with different sofas, TV-corner and dinette, laterally of it the kitchen likewise with table. Beside the living room double bedroom with exit to the terrace, shower-bathroom, beside it a children's room with 2 floor beds ( both rooms with air-conditions). On the first floor then in each case two double bedrooms with ever a bath and common terrace with pool - and sea view. On the basement-level is a storage and a WC with shower and an additional bedroom - possibly Babysitter suitably. In the bath is a washing machine. Laterally to the house a large barbecue and oven. In each bedroom si a Tv. Telephone. In the price inclusive: 2 x per week pool maintenance, garden care.
