This property is a short distance away from the town of Greve in Chianti and comprises a manor house (Drugo), the estate wine cellars and some additional apartments.
This villa offers a nice garden with private above-ground swimming pool. The interiors are welcoming, furnished in a rustic, country style.
This property is in easy access to the Chianti Classico region with its charming hamlets (Greve, Castellina, Radda, Gaiole etc…) and to Florence and Siena (within 30/40 km).
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road suitable to any cars.
Distances: Greve in Chianti with shops of all kinds 2 km away, Florence 30 km, Siena 45 km away, San Gimignano 50 km, Arezzo 75 km away, Cortona 105 km, Pisa and Lucca approx. 115 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large, furnished garden, private, above-ground swimming-pool (8 x 4 m - depth 1,25 m – open from 01/05 through 30/10), barbecue.
