This villa, dating back to the 15th century, was originally built on medieval ruins of the year 1200. During the 17th century it was enlarged and decorated with a beautiful fenced-in garden and splendid imposing fountains symbolizing the Roman god Neptune. This property is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards producing excellent olive oil and wines. The villa ground floor is occupied by the property owners who also share with their guests the use of the garden. The villa interiors are welcoming and furnished in a rustic Tuscan style.
The main art cities in Tuscany such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano as well as the charming villages of the Chianti region are within 60 km.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
