Beautiful farmhouse with private pool situated in quiet and panoramic location on the hills surrounding the small town of Monte San Savino, in Arezzo surroundings. This villa is on a 6-hectare estate and provides a nice, well-kept terraced garden and a beautiful private pool with solarium area. Guests can also enjoy use of a nice barbecue area with bread oven created by restoring the villa outbuilding.
The villa offers welcoming and tastefully furnished interiors.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Monte San Savino with general stores 3 km away, Arezzo 26 km, Cortona 40 km away, Siena 40 km, Perugia 80 km, Florence (airport) 90 km away, Orvieto 90 km, Rome 200 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large, well-kept garden, private swimming-pool (14 x 7 m – min. depth 1,2 m – max. depth 2,4 m – open from 01/05 through 30/09), outside area equipped with barbecue and bread oven, beautiful panoramic terrace ideal for al-fresco dining.

Sehr schön geelegenes, großes Grundstück mit großem Pool der sauber und gepflegt ist. Im Inneren des Hauses sieht es etwas anders aus. Das Haus ist nicht sauber, die Bäder sind bis auf ein Duschbad nicht funktionell. Die Duschen funktionieren nur unzureichend. Unter den Betten ist es sehr staubig, richtig geputzt wurde schon lange nicht mehr obwohl 250 Euro Endreinigung zu bezahlen sind. Dafür könnte man das Haus sicher sauber halten. Die Küche ist auch nicht im aller besten Zustand, auch hier wirkt der Zustand unsauber, die technischen Geräte haben auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Die Spülmaschine war anfangs defekt.
Der Vermieter hat sich sehr liebevoll um den Garten gekümmert und auch regelmäßig den großen Pool gereinigt. Wenn es Probleme gab war er immer ansprechbar. Ich will auch noch daraufhinweisen, dass die Stromkosten für 2 Wochen sich auf über 200 Euro beliefen.Vil du anbefale denne ejendom til en ven? Ja
Great villa, owners were very helpful, excellent location. The only thing that could be a little better is the kitchen, not enough dishes, no mixer, quite poor service for the italian kitchen. All the rest is perfect!
