Nice property comprising 3 units (one being occasionally used by the owner), situated on the hills surrounding Florence, a short distance away from the city center. One of the 3 apartments was created by restoring an ancient barn while the other 2 units are in the main farmhouse. All of the 2 apartments are nicely furnished in a Tuscan country style. This property offers a nice garden with panoramic views and a shared swimming-pool.
The house is only 15 km away from Florence city center and it is in easy access to the Chianti region with its charming small villages.
Distances: Impruneta with geeneral stores 4 km away, Florence 15 km away, Greve in Chianti 20 km, San Gimignano 50 km away, Siena 65 km, Arezzo 80 km away, Pisa (airport) 95 km away..
At guests’ disposal: nice panoramic garden, furnished area with sun umbrellas and sun-beds, shared swimming-pool (8 x 6 m – depth 1,4 m – open from 15/05 to 15/09), barbecue, open-air shower.
Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed available upon request (€ 10,- / per week to be paid on site).

Sehr schönes kleines Häuschen mit Charme. Klimaanlage sowie WLAN waren im Haus vorhanden.
Es gab mehrere Möglichkeiten auf dem großen Grundstück die Sonne und den Toskanischem Flair zu genießen. Tolle Aussicht! Der Pool war ein Genuss. Für Menschen die Ruhe und Genuss mögen ist das hier ein Volltreffer.
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und kümmerten sich sofort bei jedem Anliegen.

There were several opportunities to enjoy the sun and the Tuscan flair on the large property. Great view! The pool was a treat. For people who like peace and enjoyment, this is a direct hit.The landlords were very friendly and took care of every concern immediately.

Très belle maison, jardin et piscine très bien entretenus, lieu propre et accueillant.Paysage de campagne toscane à 10 minutes de Florence. Très belle expérience à conseiller.

Very nice country side flat. Good for two people not more. Close to town and a grocery shop. Nice restaurant in town.

As other wrote before us, it´s a bit longer from the highway to the house than we thought when reading the instructions. Others from that it was a wonderful place to stay at. Beautiful garden, excellent view and a nice private pool. We will definitely book the same place again if we go back to that area in Italy! The only problem was mosquitos in the evening, but we guess that it was because of the strange weather with much rain they had in July this year (2014).

Wonderfull place, quitte and fully furnished. But the distances indicated on the voucher to find this place are shorter than reality. But this is the same in all Italy
