Charming country house created by restoring an ancient water mill. This house is in peaceful and beautiful location in a green valley with a nice creek running along the property. Beautiful views over the garden and the surrounding woods are afforded. The house offers a nice private lawn with barbecue, a terrace/garden and a beautiful shared pool situated approx. 80 m away . The interiors are tastefully furnished in a rustic style.
Next to this house there is small outbuilding offering an additional accommodation for 2 people (named “Cupido” on our website) that can be rented together with “Molino del Verde”. On the premises there also is house of the owners, a nice, friendly couple.
The access to the property is via a narrow unpaved road of approx. 1 km.
Distances: groceries 2,5 km away (walking distance via a small path), Terranuova Bracciolini with general stores 6 km away, railway station (trains to Florence and Arezzo) 8,5 km, Arezzo 30 km away, Florence (airport) 56 km, Siena approx. 60 km away, San Gimignano 98 km, Perugia 119 km away, Pisa 153 km, Rome 256 km away.
At guests’ disposal: private lawn with barbecue in front of the house, terrace/garden, lighted swimming-pool (14 x 7 m – depth from 1,4 m to 2,6 m – open from 15/05 to 30/09) situated approx. 80 m away and to be shared with the owner and guests staying in the outbuilding.

Extra Services: baby bed upon request (free of charge). Maid service available by arrangement (€ 13,- / per hour to be paid on site).
Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 30,- / per stay (to be paid on site).
