Molino delle Gualtiere is an old 16th century water mill which still has the original milling room. A small pool (5 x 10 m, depth 1,10 m.) for the exclusive use of the guests, has been installed in the characteristic, star-shaped dam, where the water used to set in motion the powerful millstones
Around the old mill and its annex hidden from the eyes of unwanted visitors, there is a shaded park with tall trees, and areas equipped with garden furniture where one can relax. The house is part of an agricultural farm which produce good wine to be tasted and bought directly on the spot. Apart from its production of excellent wines, like Nobile di Montepulciano, this area of Southern Tuscany is also famous for the many thermal spas and health farms. Guests at their arrival and during the holiday are assured of a very good assistance by the owner, who speaks also English. The house is equipped as following: Satellite TV, wood oven, barbecue, laundry room with washing machine and ironing board, children play-ground. The forniture is basic but includes also some antiques.

Beskrivelse Interiør

FIRST FLOOR: access via external staircase, large sitting/dining room with a big fireplace, kitchen and toilet. Going down a stone staircase one enters the original milling room, with stone walls and where it is possible to admire the old millstone with a double bed, bathroom with shower. SECOND FLOOR: double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and bath, twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower, double bedroom with bathroom with shower. ANNEX: Sitting/dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with bath.

EQUIPMENT: dish-washer, microwave, oven, DVD-player, CD-player, Wi-Fi Internet access.
