Villa Infinito is an old farmhouse dating back to 1800. You will find it nestled among woods, olive groves and vineyards, located 500 metres above sea level on the green hills between Sinalunga and the Crete Senesi Natural Park. Its strategic position is a safe reference point for visiting the renowned historical centres of wonderful cities such as Siena, Florence, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Perugia or Assisi.
For all your daily expenses, just a few kilometres away you will find the village of Sinalunga, equipped with shops, supermarkets and restaurants where you can spend a pleasant evening out to dinner.
Because of its large surface area, its particular architectural conformation, its fine finishes, and its comfortable furnishings in harmony with the house, this villa is able to accommodate, offering a high level of comfort and privacy, your group of friends or family to spend your holidays in Tuscany together, carefree.
The house is surrounded by a large green space, shaded here and there by tall trees and equipped with a variety of activities suitable for adults and children such as a five-a-side football and volleyball field, basketball hoop, table tennis and table football. At the edge of the garden, in a very panoramic position, there is a large swimming pool (size 6x12 m, depth 1.30-1.80 m) where you can spend the hottest summer days.
In front of the house is a beautiful terrace-solarium, (60sq.m.) equipped with outdoor furniture from where you can enjoy an incomparable view over the Val di Chiana, from Lake Trasimeno to the Amiata and Cetona mountains, and on clear days the view reaches as far as the Umbro-Marchigiano Apennines.

FIRST FLOOR: This floor can be reached by means of two different internal staircases, one which enters at the front and the other at the back; both connect with the downstairs living room. On one side there are two double bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms with shower, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the other side, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
OUTBUILDING: There is a bedroom with double bed and single bed and bathroom with shower on the ground floor.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche mit der Familie in der Villa Infinito.
Die Lage und Aussicht ist traumhaft schön und die Eigentümerin ist ein Schatz. Sie war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und eines Morgens hatten wir von ihr sogar Croissants geschenkt bekommen. Eine super freundliche und hilfsbereite Person.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

The location and view is fantastic and the owner is a treasure. She was available to us at any time and one morning she even gave us croissants as a gift. A super friendly and helpful person.

Our group of five couples and three kids enjoyed a wonderful week at Villa Nell'infinito. The views from the hilltop are stunning, and we never got tired of them. The house is perfect for relaxing, cooking, and eating together on the terrace. The location is convenient to historic towns, wineries, and beautiful countryside. Roberta and her family took great care to make us comfortable, answering questions and responding to all requests quickly. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, amazing panorama, lovely garden.
The main house is comfortable for 14-15 person and there is a 3 beds room in the annex below the terrace. You could think at first sight that one kitchen is too little for a bigger group but finally it was totally enough for 12 person and it is very well equipped (there is 2 fridge, 1 big cooker with 5 (!) stove and oven, toast maker, microwave, american and italian coffe maker and lots of plate, pot, glass etc.).
The pool side is so perfect as dream, in the garden there are lots of option for kids (and adults): table football, table tennis, playground, football pitch, pizza oven, grill.
Don't miss a breakfast on the panoramic terrace.
Fully recommended in the rustic style category! I think we will back soon.

Mooi huis op een prachtige locatie. Buiten overal mooie zitjes met uikijk over het zwembad en de Toscaanse heuvelen. De tuin groot en mooi aangelegd.
In het huis fijne slaapkamers en eigen badkamers.
Top dat we de openhaarden in de kamer en keuken konden stoken.
De keuken vonden we wel wat primitief, in die zin als je voor 16 man wilt koken heb je alleen maar 1 4-pitsfornuis en 1 oven. Dit zou meer mogen zijn. Er waren wel 2 koelkasten aanwezig.

We found the kitchen a bit primitive, in order to cook for 16 people, you only have 1 4-ring stove and 1 oven. This should be more. There were 2 fridges available.

Aan te raden villa met uitstekend onderhouden zwembad. Het enige wat men nog zou kunnen verbeteren is de toevoeging van een microgolfoven in de keuken. Zou er zeker opnieuw naartoe gaan.
