If you decide to spend your vacation at Fattoria Le Chianacce you will find yourself immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, between Arezzo and Siena, overlooking the Valdichiana hills that mark the border between the two provinces.
Le Chianacce farm was founded in the last century and was aimed at raising the prized beef and pork that has always been produced in this area. The owner wanted to recover a part of it, leaving it completely identical to the original construction and equipping it with simple and essential furnishings, which will bring you back to the warm atmospheres of times gone by.
Near the farm you will find the small village of Farneta with the eponymous Abbey of Romanesque origin, which is definitely worth a visit. Because of its strategic location, from the house you can easily reach all the most important art cities and tourist resorts of central Italy.
Only 7 km away you will find the characteristic town of Foiano della Chiana, with its red brick buildings, perched on a green hillock. In Foiano there are all the necessary services, restaurants and trattorias where you can enjoy typical dishes and local wines, supermarkets, stores, pharmacies. If you love shopping, a few kilometers away, you will also find the Valdichiana Village.
The Farm has six apartments, four of which are available to guests, and two inhabited by the owners. At your disposal is a common room with television, laundry, bicycles, ping-pong table and outdoor space equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy the sun and beautiful summer days.
A few meters from the house, on a natural terrace, you will find the large swimming pool (size 20x8 m. - depth 1.20-1.40 m. - open from May 10 to September 20), with sunbeds, tables and umbrellas for the private use of each apartment, for your days of relaxation and water games with your children. The garden is fully fenced and your four-legged friends are welcome (extra charge could be required).

Struttura immersa nelle colline della val Chiana.
Posto molto tranquillo, rustico ma caratterizzato da una splendida piscina con vista meravigliosa. La struttura è dotata di vari giochi da fare all'aperto con possibilità di caminetto al coperto.
Posto adeguato alle famiglie anche numerose.
La proprietaria molto disponibile e cordiale.

We hebben twee heerlijke weken doorgebracht bij Fattoria Le Chianacce.
HEt was prachit weer 38C dus het was fijn om telkens even in het heerljike grote en schone zwembad te kunnen zwemmen als we terug kwamen van een dagje in de regio. Het huis was netjes schoon en authentiek qua inrichting.

Abbiamo trascorso insieme ad amici una settimana ad agosto, posto raccomandato x vacanze di gruppo.Appartamento grande, attrezzato di tutto ciò che a una persona può servire.Ogni camera è dotata di bagno pvt.
Piscina stupenda grande e estremamente pulita.Barbecue grande e funzionante

Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Lediglich die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig, aber mit Händen und Füßen ging es dann irgendwie. Alles in allem aber alles super. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.
In der Wohnung befanden sich viele Ameisen und Gekkos. Die Gekkos waren ok, das sind halt Tiere vor Ort, die Ameisen waren sehr nervig. Und die Küchenutensilien waren sehr rarr. Es gab nir Töpfe in xxl und kein vernünftiges Schneidemesser. Der Urlaub war trotzdem sehr schön und ich würde da wieder hinfahren.

There were lots of ants and geckos in the apartment. The geckos were ok, they are just local animals, the ants were very annoying. And the kitchen utensils were very rare. La Lolla
Nous avons passé deux semaines à la Fattoria Le Chianacce dans la chambre La Lolla.
Notre séjour a été merveilleux, Simona et toute la famille étaient vraiment très gentils et serviables, même si nous ne parlons pas un mot d'italien, tout s'est déroulé parfaitement.
La piscine fabuleuse au milieu des champs d'oliviers. La maison est au milieu du paysage toscan, c'est magnifique et très calme. Les voisins sont aussi très sympathiques.
Pour mon chien aussi c'était super, il avait la possibilité de courir de partout (bon le mien a du être gardé en laisse à cause des chats qu'il chasse malheureusement... mais sinon pour les propriétaires de chien, tout est très bien fermé, et votre ami à quatre pattes va se régaler et recevoir des caresses de la part de tout le monde )
Très bonne connexion WIFI.
Le logement était très propre et bien fourni
Grâce à l'épaisseur des murs, il faisait toujours frais à l'intérieur
Possibilité de jouer au Ping Pong, très belle terrasse avec vue magnifique
Pas loin de Sienne, Florence, Montepulcianno....

Our stay was wonderful, Simona and the whole family were really very kind and helpful, even though we don't speak a word of Italian, everything went perfectly.
The fabulous swimming pool in the middle of the olive fields. The house is in the middle of the Tuscan landscape, it is beautiful and very peaceful. The neighbors are also very friendly.
For my dog it was also great, he was able to run everywhere (well mine had to be kept on a leash because of the cats he chases unfortunately... but otherwise for dog owners, everything is very tightly closed, and your four-legged friend will enjoy themselves and receive caresses from everyone)

Grote, ruimte accommodatie (Mucchia) met een basis, verouderde inrichting en uitrusting. Prima, grote slaapkamers en voldoende privacy.
Mooi groot zwembad en ligstoelen.

Een mooie locatie in een prachtig gebied, een fijne locatie met een heerlijk zwembad en eigenaar die bijzonder vriendelijk ons te hulp heeft gestaan. Het is een appartement, eten en drinken is niet beschikbaar, vanzelfsprekend dat je dit zelf regelt.

Het was een heerlijke tijd, het 10 p appartement was voor ons gezelschap ( 4 volw 3 kinderen) ruim genoeg. Niet luxe maar prima. Tof zwembad erbij, wasmachine ed. Uiterst aardige gastvrouw. De moeite waard!

La Lolla
We stayed at Fattoria Le Chianacce - La Lolla for one week.
The location is superb if you want a quiet and peaceful place to spend a vacation in Tuscany.
It's a picturesque location placed on a hill-top, here you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view. Worth mentioning is the pool area, here you can relax in the sun.
La Lolla has a good overall size for 2 adults and a couple of children.
The bedroom has a comfortable queensize bed.
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook under your stay, the meals can be enjoyed at one of the properties terraces with a view of the landscape.
Bathroom is also okay. Clean towels and linen are included in the price.
Simona is a good host and keeps the surroundings clean all the time.
If you are into local wines, Catina Canaio is 9 minutes walk away, worth a visit.
The location is close to many well known places in the region... We went to Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza and Firenze. Rome and Pisa are both a 2 hour drive from the property.
It's not five star hotel, but you really get value for the money.

lo posizione è invidiabile perchè al tempo stesso è isolata e tranquilla ma vicino all'autostrada A1 e la superstrada siena-bettole che consentono di visitare agilmente molte mete di turismo sia in toscana che umbria. Purtroppo la gestione da la sensazione di essere al "risparmio" e trascurata nei dettagli: allestimenti degli apparatamenti eccessivamente minimalista (nella permanenza si avverte la carenza stoviglie, utensili da cucina; mobilio) invece del box (molto piu funzionale e pratico) c'è una tenda da doccia strappata e che non chiude neanche bene e causa allagamento del bagno, mancanza di zanzariere alle finestre, vasi di adornamento degli spazi comuni rotti o secchi non sostituiti, piante non adeguatamente potate che intralciano i passaggi. molto grave invece già dal secondo giorno di permanenza la presenza di alghe in piscina che praticamente ne hanno precluso un utilizzo per tutto il soggiorno. in alternativa non ci è stata proposta alcuna forma di rimborso ne dai proprietari ne da voi agenzia. in sostanza va bene solo come appoggio ma senza molte pretese; sicuramente si può trovare di meglio... peccato perchè poteva essere un posto in cui tornare.
[contro commento da parte dai gestori] abbiamo saputo del problema della piscina il giorno della partenza del cliente, dopo che aveva lasciato la struttura. Siamo subito intervenuti ed il problema è stato risolto dal proprietario. Se ci avesse avvertito del problema durante il suo soggiorno saremmo di certo intervenuti prima; siamo dispiaciuti per questo inconveniente ma al momento non possiamo fare niente per questo cliente.

Sistemazione semplice ma accogliente in una zona incantevole e immersa nella campagna. La piscina è un valore aggiunto che permette di trascorrere bei pomeriggi alternativi alle visite alle moltissime località di interesse storico culturale, raggiungibili con pochi Km di strada.

La Mucchia
Séjour à 6 adultes, 4 enfants et 2 bébés en août 2018. Le séjour s'est bien déroulée dans l'ensemble même si les prestations ne sont pas excellentes. L'appartement est trop peu lumineux et aérable. Par contre, les chambres sont grandes et disposent chacune d'une salle d'eau.
L'accueil y est très sympathique. Simona est très gentille et abordable.

Il Balzo
Very nice pool. Apartments not very clean and poorly equiped. Far from shops and restaurants. Except the photos apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor don't have any balconies or terraces.
La Mucchia
No lo califico como excelente por unas pequeñas cosas que han de mejorar:
1. Señalizar con un par de carteles en los cruces más próximos para facilitar la localización de la casa.
2. Disponer de dos lavadoras, con una solo es insuficiente para la cantidad de personas que pueden ocupar todos los apartamentos.
3. Ciñéndome solo al apartamento “La Muchia” que es para 10 personas, una nevera un poquito más grande, mejorar el espacio para cocinar y disponer de algunos útiles más de cocina.
Todo lo demás EXCELENTE.
Si lo que quieres es Toscana rural, su ubicación es un encanto.
En coche tardas 10’ a la autovía y a 20’ de los supermercados y la estación de Camucia.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und der Abschied fiel sehr schwer! Anlage sehr gepflegt. Pool gepflegt. Kontakt mit Vermieter sehr herzlich. Für Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren nicht optimal. Das war aber nicht so wichtig, da sonst alles stimmte.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vor allem der große Pool und die gepflegte Umgebung waren wunderbar. Das Vermieterehepaar war außerordentlich liebenswürdig. Ein Nachteil waren die beiden steilen Treppen (die so in der Beschreibung nicht erkennbar waren) zu unserer großen Wohnung in der zweiten Etage, vor allem weil wir eine ältere Dame dabeihatten, die sich da schon schwergetan hat.
Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hervorragend.

One drawback was the two steep flights of stairs (these were not evident in the description) to our large apartment on the second floor, especially since we had with one elderly lady with us who has hurt herself on the stairs.
