Nice independent villa with private pool situated a short distance away from the charming town of Greve in Chianti (the town main square is in walking distance – 10 minutes away). This property, surrounded by beautiful olive groves and vineyards, is spacious and cozy.
The location is ideal to visit all of the surrounding charming Chianti villages (Castellina, Gaiole, Radda, Panzano) as well beautiful art cities like Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra.
Distances: Greve in Chianti centre only 500 metres away, Florence (airport) 32 km, Siena 34 km away, San Gimginano 50 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden (approx. 400 square meters), private swimming-pool (9 x 3 m – depth 1,3 m – open from 31/03 to 31/10). WI-FI internet available.
Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: baby bed and high-chair (free of charge).
Casa Monica can be rented together with Casa Torretta and Casa Fabrizio (only a few meters away) to accommodate a total of 22 people. Casa Fabrizio and Casa Torretta are both independent villas and provide a private pool each (same ownership).

Great location. Much closer to town than we thought. 5 minute walk to centre. But in the midst of vineyards and perfectly quiet. Modern amenities such as AC were a plus. Only issue we had was large number of bees, which became bothersome.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Verdiana! It was hard to leave at the end of the week. Monica and Fabrizio were fabulous landlords, full of great ideas for sightseeing, etc. that it truly made for an outstanding experience. We left feeling like we were saying goodbye to family. Everything was well done in the villa with the exception of the mattresses, which could have been better, but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed the home, the town and the people!

Casa Verdiana is a beautiful villa with breathtaking views. My family and I had a wonderful stay, the house was perfect for us. It had the everything you need except for internet connection. If I had the chance to visit Tuscany again, I would come back to Casa Verdiana. It feels like I never left home. Greve in Chianti is such a charming town with good restaurants and friendly people.

Although the location into the town was amazing, the villa itself is old, outdated couches and chairs that you just couldn't get comfortable on and couldn't sit around as a family. For the money that is spent, go out and purchase a nice family sectional. It is ABSURD that if you wanted additional bath towel you had to rent for $3 Euro. We each got ONE for the week. We traveled from Greve to many different towns via car....those roads can be scary, beautiful scenery but definitely don't drive if you fear heights.
