Beautiful stone farmhouse recently restored situated in panoramic location with views over the valley of Casole D’Elsa, an ancient medieval and very well-preserved town. This villa is surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden sloping down to the swimming-pool. The owners live in front of the villa but do not use the pool or the garden. The house offers nice interiors furnished in a Tuscan style.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx. 1 km.
Distances: Casole D’Elsa with food shops 4 km away, Colle Val D’Elsa with all kinds of shops 15 km, the lovely town of San Gimignano 20 km away, Siena 35 km, Volterra 25 km away, Pisa (airport) 85 km. The beaches of Cecina and Follonica are approx. 75 km away.
At guests’ disposal: nice garden with private swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – maximum depth 1,45 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue. The villa provides mosquito nets, a washing-machine and satellite TV. Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed and extra bed available upon request (free of charge). By arrangement: wine tasting and visit of surrounding wine cellars, horse-back riding, cooking classes and dinner service to taste excellent local recipes. Breakfast service available on request at € 12,- / per person / per day. Wood for fireplace € 20,- / per quintal (first supply free of charge).
