Ancient restored barn comprising 2 nice apartments situated in short distance to the small town of San Casciano Val di Pesa, only 15 km from Florence centre and from the renowned villages of the Chianti region (Greve, Castellina, Gaiole in Chianti). These two apartments provide comfortable interiors furnished in a typical Tuscan manner. The freeway connecting Florence to Siena is approx. 2 km away and offers easy access to the most important towns of the area.
Distance: a food shops is approx. 300 m away, the centre of San Casciano with all kinds of shops 600 m away, Florence (accessible by public transportation) approx. 15 km, Siena 45, the charming medieval town of San Gimignano 35 km away.
At guests’ disposal: furnished outdoor areas ideal for al-fresco dining. Available wi-fi internet connection (free of charge). Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of Euro 50,- / per week (payment on site). Baby bed: € 50,- per week (to be paid on the spot)

A really beautiful villa, it has everything you need and a glorious private garden as well for eating in the evenings. Benedetta and her mother Cristina are wonderful hosts, they are always there if you need anything and yet you have total privacy as well. It is also a great location for visiting Siena, Florence and many other beautiful towns and vineyards. Highly recommended.

Die helle und saubere Ferienwohnung war unser Zuhause für eine Woche. Sie ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, Handtücher, Fön, Seife, Geschirrtücher, Schwamm, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. In den Zimmern sind Deckenventilatoren und an allen Fenstern und der Türe sind Moskitonetze. Das Internet war im Preis inbegriffen und funktionierte gut. Da wir sonntags anreisten war sogar der Kühlschrank mit einigen Lebensmitteln gefüllt!
Der große Garten ist sehr gepflegt und hat viele Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirmen. Auch einen Grill gibt es. Das Anwesen hat einen großen Parkplatz und man kann ist in wenigen Minuten in die Innenstadt gelaufen.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr liebevoll und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir kommen wieder!

The bright and clean apartment was our home for a week. It is well equipped with everything you need, towels, hair dryer, soap, tea towels, sponge, iron and ironing board. In the rooms are ceiling fans and on all windows and the door are mosquito nets. The internet was included and worked well. As we arrived on Sundays even the fridge was filled with some food!
The large garden is well maintained and has plenty of seating and sun loungers with umbrellas. There is also a barbecue. The property has a large parking lot and it is a few minutes walk into the city center.

We loved our stay in Casa Benedetta it was very cosy and well equipped for all our needs. It is in a lovely garden setting and our host Benedetta was always so helpful.

Fantastic in every way. We had a wonderful time and the owner was incredibly kind. The lovely house was a 5 min. walk from the city. The garden was perfect with sun and shade and comfortable chairs. The place is located perfectly to visit locations in Toscane.
We had a great time and would certainly stay there again should we visit Toscane.

Me and my family had such a great time in the house. The location is great for people who want to explore Florence,Siena, and the other wonderful small towns in the area. The house is situated in a lovely, peaceful place, which lets you appreciate the dolce vita of Italians.In addition, the house had everything we needed and much more, gave us the impression of what a real Tuscan house needs to be.
The owner was great, helped in every arising question, and gave us a true feeling of home.
