Portion of a large villa, internally composed of two apartments (rented only together as described in the interiors section); the other portion is used by a family, who has not access to the pool. The renters have a good privacy (pool and garden).

The owners live about 3 km from the villa.

The house for rent has been recently restructured with good taste, and furnished with rustic furniture.

It is located near San Giovanni d'Asso, city of truffles surrounded by several attractions: the Ragnaia woods, the Castle and a small ancient church.
Dipped in the Senese countryside at only few kilometres from important tourist destinations such as Montalcino - country of the Brunello wine, Bagno Vignoni - ancient thermal baths really particular with the ancient tub situated in the centre of the village square, Pienza, St. Quirico d'Orcia, Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore and the Senese Clay hills. The city of Siena can be reached in 45 km, city of art with the famous Campo where the horse races of the famous Palio are being held twice a year.

At guests' disposal:
Outside there are gazebo, table and chairs. In the garden there is the private swimming pool (6 x 4 m, depth 1.40 m, open from 1 May to end of September).
Laundry room available and free of charge.
Baby bed.

The property is composed of 2 apartments which are however rented together ( two apartments, not communicating internally).

Apartment "Andrea" :
Ground floor: large living-room with fireplace, armchairs, sat-TV and a kitchen corner (oven, fridge with ice-box).
First floor: a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Apartment "Elisa" :
Ground floor: living room with sofa, sat-TV and kitchen corner (oven, fridge with ice-box), a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower all on the ground floor.
First floor: a double bedroom with the possibility of adding an extra bed or baby-bed.
Bathrooms with hairdryer.
