Villa Fiorenzani is immersed in the heart of Tuscany's famous rolling hills close to Siena, Florence, Pisa and Grosseto. You will find it just a few steps from the gorgeous medieval centre of Radicondoli.
The villa is beautifully decorated and furnished with every comfort, from the lovely garden to the splendid swimming pool. The villa would suit a family or group of friends who will have the entire complex to their disposal, i.e. the villa, garden, pool and private car park.
The villa offers a wonderful holiday for anybody wanting to get away from it all and spend their time at the art of relaxing naturally with delicious local cooking or taking up erudite artistic excursions .
In fact you can visit the famous cities and tows of art such as: Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Lucca e Volterra, all close by.
You may have beautiful walks or horse rides on one of the many enchanting white roads, take a dip in the cool rivers or treat yourself to some pampering
at the thermal springs, or a game of tennis. In the evenings you can enjoy a classical concert, dancing or local festivals that go on throughout the area.

In general : Within 35 km from Villa Fiorenzani are some of the most important historical and artistic sites of Tuscany which maintain, in their old town centres and in their museums, works of art of great value. The charming landscape of the area alternates rolling hills cultivated with olives groves and vineyards to more savage places in which the grey of the clay gullies mix up with the yellow of the ripe wheat
In a big parck just few steps outside the , along the romantic stream Villa Fiorenzani, there is the beautiful swimming pool ( size 10X4 m) with sunbeds and beach-umbrellas, where with your family you could enjoy the calm atmosphere of the countryside . The size of the parc is ideal for families with children.
What about relaxing in the pool, and enjoying the breeze on a sunny August day, have dinner at sunset with the most marvellous views of the rolling Tuscan hills.

You have beautiful walks on foot or on horse-back on one of the many enchanting ' white roads', take a dip in the cool rivers or treat yourself to some pampering at the thermal springs, or a game of tennis. In the evenings you can enjoy a classical concert, dancing or local festivals that go on throughout the area.
The nature's lovers could explore the magnificent countryside by foot or by horse: our horses could be riding for a modest price, horse riding are always accompanied.
A BBQ in the garden is available for our guests for cooking fantastic meals to enjoy with friends .

The family that own the villa , as well as the people of the town of Radondcolli are warm and delightful people. The villa is very nice and convenit to town. We enjoyed it all.

I have just celebrated my birthday in this fantastic villa with my family (10). The villa and surroundings more than lived up to our expectations. The house was comfortable and roomy and we felt at home. Outside there were marvelous views of the Tuscan hills from both the terrace and the pool area, (the pool was cleansed both morning and evening) and a charming girl also checked that the garden area was in order and disposed of any rubbish.The small village of Radicondoli was only a few minutes away and here there were a few well-stocked shops where we could do our daily shopping without having to drive. Remember, the butcher´s is open only in the mornings,though all day Saturday. Shops are closed on Sundays. The villagers were friendly and helpful and it was lovely to be in a place free from mass tourism! An excellent pizzaria just near the villa was also very popular.Our granddaughter enjoyed playing in an excellent park just behind the house. Places like Sienna, Volterra, and San Gimignano are also within easy reach.
All in all, a wonderful holiday and our charming owner, Ilaria and family were on the spot and ready to help if necessary. Only a pity that we could not stay there for another week!Vil du anbefale denne ejendom til en ven? Ja

Our familiy of 6 adults and 2 children (ages 9 months and 2 1/2 years) was delighted with our stay at Villa Fiorenzani. We were looking for a villa within walking distance to a small town with restaurants and Villa Fiorenzani and Radicondoli fit the bill perfectly. I echo the reviews below regarding location and things to do. The Radicondoli tourism office was very helpful with maps and suggestions of things to do, as well.
A highlight for us was a dinner at the agroturismo Paugnano. Our granddaughter was in awe of the sheep and milking, the family was warm and embracing, and the ravioli was spectacular! A cooking class there would have been fun, had we realized in time. Also, don't miss the pizza at La Pergola - best we had our entire trip!
We can also recommend a hot air balloon flight through Associazioni Aerostatica Toscana (www.flyballoon.it) which was very professionally done and a wonderful way to see the Tuscan countryside, although expensive.
One note: Don't count on wireless at the villa - it was only available one day while we were there despite property manager Ilaria's attempts to get it working. (An electrical storm blew it out the same day she got it to work.)Vil du anbefale denne ejendom til en ven? Ja
A large and comfortable villa next to the surprisingly lively yet un-touristy village of Radicondoli. Up on the hilltop, the villa benefits from cool evening breezes - much appreciated after days spent exploring all the key sights in the area. Siena and Chianti are easy day trips. Florence is further away, but still do-able. There are also many wonderful towns within easy reach, such as San Gimignano, Moteriggioni and Volterra.
Just one comment on the villa- I would not book it for 12 as this involves losing the one indoor living area. The maximum should be 10, and only then if at least two of the party are children between the age of 3 and 10 (to both safely negotiate the stairs and also to fit into the child-sized beds in one of the upstairs bedrooms).Vil du anbefale denne ejendom til en ven? The location of the Villa was fantastic and local village lovely; however did not enjoy the service or food in the Pizza Place across the road. Apart from that the Villa location was great, close to major cities and in heart of contryside. The Villa itself has a lovely pool and outside eating area, where we enjoyed BBQs and Breakfast - dinner. Inside comfortable for 8 people, however Kitchen could do with updating. Local food and wine lovely, and the manager of the Villa was fantasic and looked after us very very well. Mark Harrison, York, England

I would certainly recommend Villa Fiorenzani. Radicondoli is an ideal location, a village with a lot of character. The villa is very spacious and comfortable, with everything you need. A car is very useful though if you want to see the surrounding areas. Many of those villages dotted around are definately worth a visit. I think a visit to Tuscany has to be on everyone's list!

Villa Fiorenzani is very good. The manager was pleasant and spoke English. The location is excellent and Radicondoli is a lovely 'hilltop' town off the tourist path but full of history and sites to see. The rooms were comfortable and the outdoors area pleasant (I think that the trees around the pool could be trimmed to allow the view!) There is a restaurant on the other side of the road and we ate there often. There was also public parking close by so we did not have to negotiate the steep driveway each day. The only negative is the washing machine which is old and needs to be replaced.
I would like to return to Radicondoli and the Villa one day; our week there was a delight and it was sad to leave. Thank youVil du anbefale denne ejendom til en ven? Ja
We will go back as soon as we can. It was everything (and more) that we thought it would be. Clean and very comfortable for a party of 10. Rural setting within walking distance of bakery, grocery,post office and bank. Outside eating area was perfect for big, italian family style meals. Next to a city park, nice restaurants in Radicondoli. Yet quiet hilltop location.

Our group had a wonderful time in Tuscany. The villa was set up perfectly for our group (3 couples and 4 children). We cooked nearly every evening meal at home and especially enjoyed the outside eating areas. We did feel that the kitchen could use a few better quality pans (especially large pots for pasta and sauces). I don't think the information at the villa included the location of the nearest Super Market (Coop) and that would have been useful since we were buying large quantities of food for our group.
The information provided regarding nearby activities was sufficient. Also, Alaria (the young woman who came to the villa each day) was able to answer any questions we had about how to navigate in the area. It would be helpful to include in the welcoming information the location of the pay phone in Radicondoli.
The location was perfect to explore all the hill towns in the area. We explored many towns from Volterra to Montepulciano.
It has been awhile since I have visited the website and completed the booking but as I remember, the process was very easy and customer friendly.
We would most certainly recommend this villa to our friends. We have many photos to show the beauty of the home and its location.
I'm sure our travels will bring us back to beautiful Italy in the future and we would definitely use your service again. It was a wonderful trip that left all of us with many special memories.
