Nettuno is a two floor apartment (100 sqm); on the ground floor there are a dining room with a small cooking area and a perfectly functioning typical tuscan fire place, next to the dining room there is a sitting room with a double sofa-bed and a bathroom. On the first floor there are a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single and a bathroom with shower.

Great location near Cortona. Excellent pool.We stayed in Nettuna and the accommodation was great for 4 people. There were 6 of us and the sofa bed was not comfortable! Dishwasher needs replacing and could do with more cutlery but overall very good.
