San Pancrazio is a beautiful farmhouse on the green hills of Chianti, very close to the tiny village named San Pancrazio.

The property is currently composed by a main villa (now not inhabited) and by the stone hay-loft for rent, both side by side on the top level of the hill (outdoors are about 35 ha large).
The up-hill side features dozens of chestnut trees, and down hill instead there is plenty of vineyards, olive groves, fruit trees, an orchard where also honey is produced.
In front of the the hayloft there you see the fine tavertine swimming-pool (size 14 x 6 mt, depth 1,5 mt), with a stunning view on San Pancrazio and its Romanesque church.


Villa San Pancrazio is built into the hillside and consists of two separate self contained apartments. The entrance to the first floor apartment is level with the driveway. The ground floor apartment is reached via a flight of steps at the side of the house; alternatively there is also a wide slope down to the lower level.

The 2 adjoining apartments, each with private entrance, feature a traditional Tuscan furnishing, mosquito nets on the windows, floor-heating, tv and Wi-fi connection.
AT GUESTS DISPOSAL:
The villa has a laundry room to share between the 2 units. Barbeque. Table and chairs to dine outside on the lawn. Baby bed and high chair (free of charge), cooking service.

The last km of access road is unasphalted but well kept, not suitable for sports cars.

DISTANCES: 2 km from Neri village (groceries, bus stop to Cavriglia), 5 km Cavriglia (any shop, bank, post office...), 15 km Chianti Classico area and Montevarchi (all services, train station, outlets etc). 3 km far is the well famous bothanic garden Roseto Fineschi, to be preferably visited in May when roses are in full bloom.

Udendørs

The grassed terrace which runs the full length of the rear of the property to the pool area is furnished with table and chairs, and is a wonderful spot for alfresco dining.
