This property, enjoying wonderful views over the surrounding landscape, was originally used as a guard tower but thanks to a carefully restoration work it has been turned into a lovely private villa offering elegant interiors furnished with antiques. The outside areas as well as the swimming-pool are very well-kept and offer the possibility of a relaxing holiday. The most important art cities of Tuscany like Florence, Siena, Lucca and Pisa are in easy reach.
Distances: San Donato in Collina with all kind of shops 2 km away, Florence 15 km, Figline Valdarno 10 km, Bagno a Ripoli 7 km. The golf course “Ugolino” is approx. 15 km away.
At guests’ disposal: private and equipped garden, private swimming pool easy accessible via a staircase (7 x 14 m – depth from 1,6 m to 3,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue, sauna. Washing-machine, dryer and ironing facilities available.
Extra services included in the rental price: baby bed. 2 towels change, 1 linen change and cleaning service twice a week (3 hours a day). Internet access.
