"Welcome to Paradise!" sounds one of the villa's reviews...and actually this villa is really beautiful with a stunning view over the surrounding countryside near Montalcino.
It has been completely renovated, a sensitive operation which was carried out with great care to maintain original structural features. Extensive use of terracotta tiles, exposed ceiling beams, traditional brickwork and dark woods lends a warm depth to the airy, spacious rooms.
The villa, which can accommodate up to 14 guests, has seven bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom (with a hydro-massage tub). There are two spacious living rooms with a large fireplace, a dining room, a dressing room and two extra bathrooms.
The furniture has been carefully selected for comfort and appearance, and consists largely of antique and classic pieces.
In spite of the old-fashioned, luxurious atmosphere, Villa Casanuova offers a modern, comfortable holiday experience: air conditioning in the screened bedrooms, a sauna, an office with an internet-connected computer, satellite TV, a professional kitchen suitable for cooking courses...

Ground and exteriors
Garden: in the garden which surrounds the property there is an outside Jacuzzi (for 6 people), a sun-bathing terrace and an equipped area where you can dine
Swimming pool: a private swimming pool (6x12m - depth 1,40 mt open from May to September) is situated just below the villa.
View: the villa enjoys of stunning views over the Sienese countryside.
Parking: at the property for several cars.
Access: the last 800 mt of the access road is a dirt-track road; it is not in very good conditions, but if your drive slowly you will not have any problem.

Assistance:You will be welcome by Celeste and/or Annalisa (both speak English). During your stay the personal of the estate (also speking English) will help you for any questions you may have.
