The spectacular 180 degree view allows you to see Cortona and Montepulciano from your scenic balcony. Although it does not have the Tuscan charm of other houses, it's great location, great views, and modern amenities more than compensate.

Lucignano is only a few steps away. The iconic town of Cortona is only 30 km away. Siena (45 km) can be reached in 45 minutes and Florence is 89 km from the property.

Great location in the charming town of Lucigniano. While Viletta Tre Palme didn't have the Tuscan old world charm we had originally hoped for, it was in a great central location. Everything we wanted to see was within an hour in any direction. The villa is a more modern building that was in a comfortable, quiet location. The A/C was a nice addition on a few of the warm evenings.
